Complete waste of money – [Name Removed] re-surfaced my bathroom and after only 3 weeks it started to show black in the grout. This got much, much worse and many, many emails and texts with photos were sent with no response. I had to threaten him with VCAT before he responded and eventually, under sufferance, came back and re-did the shower. After 2 months it again started to show problems, the surface on the bath plug hole is almost all worn off and it its starting to happen in the vanity plug hole. He says it's nothing and he can't so anything about it, even though there is a 5 year warranty on the job. I could go on forever about this, but in the wash up DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to do anything for you. Hipages won't warn you, so I am.
