Tradepro renovated our bathroom and kitchen and did a great job. The staff were friendly and professional, they stuck to the schedule they provided at the beginning and surprisingly stuck to their fixed price quote. A bit of a problem with one of the kitchen products but that wasn't supplied by Tradepro we supplied the kitchen products for them to install. All round very happy with their work, price and professionalism.
Very professional and competent
We recently renovated our bathroom and ensuite and after considering 3 quotes we went with Tradepro. Their quote was a little higher than the cheapest and a lot lower than the most expensive but they by far the most professional in both the way they presented them self and the level of detail in their quote. We were also provided with professional plans an diagrams so we were able to see exactly what the finished product would look like before we committed.
We were rewarded with two great bathrooms that we couldn't be happier with. Well done Tradepro.
Great renovation - couldn't be happier
I've never had any luck with tradies but Tradepro have restored my faith. A dedicated project manager & a schedule at the beginning of the job that they stuck to. Three weeks work with minimal disruption, friendly staff and when something didn't go as planned, they fixed it without fuss. Recommend them to everyone.
5 months on, of which a total of less than two days were spent on my actual kitchen renovation, and I still have to finish the job myself.
I've just paid the balance of my account so that I don't have to deal with this s**tshow and their rediculous stalling any longer.
Project manager can't communicate, hopeless, the rest of the Tradepro "team" not much better.
Customer service, poor.
No people skills.
Time management skills, poor.
Slow reaction to complaints.
Stay away and don't say I didn't warn you. Trade Pro Installation Services are terrible.
My husband and I purchased a Kaboodle kitchen from Bunnings. Tradepro came and provided me with a quote and I accepted the price.
When the installer arrived he started his work and just ripped out everything. Everything was going smoothly. After a couple of days it all started, people in the office calling me and saying I have to pay thousands of dollars in variations which was supposed to be part of the quote. Plumbing and electrical variations as well. ...
Make sure they give you a good project manager!!!
We recently used them to completely demolish and renovate a kitchen along with some small additional work. Unfortunately for us the project manager was absolutely hopeless and left halfway through the job and then everything continued to go south.
We were informed by other tradies that their tradies where turning up, not doing anything and leaving without lifting tool. We experienced delay after delay and not all the work requested was completed.
We were treated like small fish in a big pond that they would fit in when they could find spare ti...

Very poor workmanship and totally unreliable.
We decided to have a new kitchen installed and made two huge mistakes. The first was choosing a Bunnings/Kaboodle kitchen and the second was going with the 'highly recommended' installers, tradepro Installation Services. We paid this company just under $6,000 to project manage the removal of our old kitchen and installation of the new.
The job was to take 4 - 6 weeks and has now run past 7 months. We had no kitchen at all for 6 weeks between removal of the old and installation of the new (excluding benchtops and splashbacks which came later s...till) and the build quality is below what would be expected of a second year apprentice. The attached photos show the standard of the work they consider normal and were very unhappy when I asked for it to be improved. Some was, most wasn't. Removal of the old kitchen caused damage which tradepro Installation Services made some attempt to repair - after I complained - but they have never completed the work. They broke two floor tiles which they made a half hearted attempt to fill with epoxy (they were going to return to complete the job but never did) and damaged the trim around a window. They replaced this section of trim with a different profile, but again, never returned to finish the work. The last we heard form the project manager was he would be here to repair some of the remaining faults 2 weeks ago but as we have come to expect from tradepro Installation Services, their word is about as good as their workmanship. I have now engaged a professional cabinetmaker who is aghast at the mess the kitchen is in, but is confident he will be able to hide much of the poor quality workmanship left by tradepro Installation Services. Another $2,000 and two weeks to remove and reinstall some of the cabinetry to align it properly, but at least it should look like it was installed by a professional. It is obvious the installers are not cabinetmakers but are probably builders as the bulkhead over the new kitchen is reasonable enough, if a bit out of square. If you are happy to pay top dollar for very much sub-standard work, by all means give tradepro Installation Services a go, but if you want value for money, or even a job well done, go elsewhere, or you'll be like us and have to hire a professional to correct and complete the job.
