Only giving 1 star because 0 stars is not an option – Absolutely appalling customer service and disgusting treatment of customers!! I complained about the dodgy work they did in installing my Kaboodle laundry and was never apologised to, only received an angry phone call demanding that I should be home for the supervisor to come and look at the problem. and fix it. Then randomly the supervisor turns up and is so rude, demeaning and disrespectful in my home to me. Blamed me for the terrible workmanship and criticised us for complaining, critiqued me for using my own plumber and electrician. I politely said I was not comfortable with how he treated me in my own home and politely asked him to leave my house. He refused and took another 5 minutes taking photos of the work. Then I asked when someone could come and fix things because he turned up unexpectedly and I had to leave for work. He said “well I could do it now but you’re kicking me out of your house”. I said yes because you’re intimidating, threatening and extremely rude. He blocked the doorway and would not leave so I had to push the front door shut and lock it, literally pushed him out of my house as I felt not comfortable. He pushed back on the door swearing and muttering abuse. Absolutely not acceptable behaviour!!!!

of the bench top was damaged no faulty of Tradepro and the installer was booked out for at least a week ahead if the job wasn’t completed that day. Scott came to the rescue he contacted a number of Bunnings stores and found a bench top on the other side of Brisbane and arranged for a courier to pick it up and have it on site within an hour and a half and the installer had in in that afternoon. If anyone out there is looking to install a kitchen or bathroom from Bunnings in the south east Brisbane area do it through Tradepro and ask for Scott to look after the project management you will not be disappointed. One very happy customer.

Just had my kitchen fully renovated with Tradepro. It was such a positive and stress free experience. Justin was amazing in running the project and coordinating the whole team. Professional and Polite – Excellent team of professionals whom paid attention to detail and concerns whilst renovating accessible bathroom and bedroom . Highly recommended.

Would rate lower if I could – Took 8 weeks to do a bathroom renovation. Had leaks in wall, had taps with Hot and Cold wrong way around......then left with a chipped tile, stained floor tiles, holes in cabinets. Week 9 and they are coming back to repair. No confidence that it will be done well. Communication and customer service also poor.

Kitchen still not completed after 3 months – Kitchen install began last dec23 and still not finished due kick panels not fitted as were left off for plumber access. Need to be fitted now and trimmed down, apparently Tradepro cannot locate a carpenter in my area to do the job as the previous one quit. Numerous attempts to get them to complete this kitchen has been unsuccessful. Show details

Unprofessional - I do NOT recommend – Don’t use their service because If there is an issue or a dispute with your install you receive no assistance from management.

Dave Simcocks as project manager was always available for questions and dropped by every day to check the work completed on the day. Not only were all the tradesmen polite and respectful in my home, they were all excellent at their trade. Right from the demolition team through to the painting and final fit offs, everything ran very smoothly and to time. Having the online portal with your own diary to see what was happening on what day was an added bonus and something I have not experienced before. I will certainly be using Tradepro in the future for any other renovations I undertake.

Another great Reno – Whilst the quality of work is outstanding, a couple times there were unexpected delays; the delays were only for a day or two and annoying when the work was nor carried out on the scheduled days. Allowances for delays is acceptable in the case of medical problems.

Good work – Really happy with my new kitchen and the work they did. Wayne was extremely professional, patient, and just the right amount of OCD—exactly what’s needed for this kind of job. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

New Kitchen & Laundry – Tradepro, and project manager / installer Wayne, did a great job in installing our Kaboodle Kitchen & Laundry Cabinets. Alot of additional work was required and Wayne helped coordinate all of the trades so all work was done.
