benchtop Tim, tiler Mohammed and finishing installation Joseph, it was a smooth process. Marcel always answered the phone for questions, whether weekend or weekday. He was available all the time. There was no pressure salesman nonsense talk, just recommendations. What WE wanted, he delivered. Nothing was too much trouble. The team, while coming at different times to do their part of the work, always arrived on the time that we were told. The guys cleaned up after themselves always. The whole job was fitted in to suit us and our work. Marcel arrived on the last day of appliance installation and finishing up to oversee all the workmanship (on a weekend mind you) and to answer any final questions. What began as a modest single storey, two bedroom, one bathroom home became a beautifully designed double storey residence with five bedrooms, a study, and 2.5 bathrooms. The workmanship was exceptional, and every person involved in the build was professional, respectful, and easy to communicate with. I was kept informed step by step throughout the entire process, which made the experience smooth and stress free. Recently, I needed to obtain information about the original build, and I contacted the office for assistance. This is where Angela B., the Office Manager, truly shone. Angela was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me. Despite the age of the project, she went above and beyond - locating my job in their old handwritten sales register I also want to extend my sincere thanks to Dannie K, who worked alongside Angela. Together, they were even able to retrieve the payment records from their archived database. I am deeply grateful for the time, care, and attention they dedicated to retrieving these documents, especially given the limitations of records from over two decades ago. The information they provided has already been extremely helpful. To Angela, Dannie, and the entire Extension Factory team: thank you for your professionalism, your kindness, and your unwavering commitment to your clients - not just during the build, but many years later. the Kasai Stone Mosaic Tiles. I am writing this to warn other buyers that the online photography and samples ar not an accurate representation of the product currently being supplied.

The website describes a "matte finish," but more than half of the 68 sheets I received arrived with heavy surface scratching and prominent lines that were completely absent from the marketing images and showroom samples. When I raised this, I was told this is "consistent with current stock." If that is the case, the website images are misleading and do not reflect the true state of what is being sold. I offered to travel 1.5hr to the warehouse to replace the bad sheets but this was refused and only a refund offered.

If you are expecting clean looking tiles, I would inspect them before leaving the warehouse or ask for photos if your unable to travel. Also, if you want to retun the tiles you need to purchase a minimum of 5m2 or three boxes.
