Great customer service – I shipped my faulty Integra DRX-3 amplifier/receiver from Adelaide to Amber Technology for circuit board repair. First class service – Had an Onkyo receiver fail within an hour of turning it on and the team at Amber were absolutely fantastic. They picked the old one up at no cost to me and had a new unit on my doorstep within 2 days. They returned calls and kept me informed all through the process. That level of customer service is rare these days so I couldn't be happier.
