American Eagle

I purchased a sweater from American Eagle under the impression that it would provide a festive and cozy feel, as advertised. Unfortunately, the product I received was disappointing—it resembled a rough, lint-covered rug and lacked the quality expected at its price point. Additionally, the sizing was inaccurate, as the XS fit closer to an XXS. The greatest concern, however, lies in the return policy. A $20 return fee for even the smallest parcel is excessive and feels punitive to customers who simply expect fair treatment. This practice not only discourages trust but also reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. As a long-time customer, I feel misled and undervalued. I cannot recommend purchasing from American Eagle until these practices change.
