feedback about the lack of support for after sales service, but I paid a lot for this thing and I refuse to let it sit any longer. Issue is that the recline function is stuck in the recline position and will not spring back into the upright position, it's well and truly jammed in that position, and after looking at the mechanism, without dismantling any of it, my best guess is that the tension coil has failed, been like this since about July.
