and asked to speak to a manager [Name Removed]. She was so unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Still no outcome for him and he is continuing to take his washing to the laundromat on his disability scooter while Andoo took his money and doesn’t stand by the products they sell just days after purchasing.

Would give -5 stars if possible. Advertised a solar hot water system. Delivered the tank only, no panels. Then informed me it was a advertising error which should have been removed. Collected the tank they delivered and have now waited more than a month to be refunded $4200.00. Luckily I bought through Paypal, but this is still pending investigation set to finish in another 3 weeks! Absolutely criminal company. Show details

receive any notice of this prior to the delivery date. This lack of communication appears to be a breach of Andoo's own Terms and Conditions, which state: "If for any reason, we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you by phone or using the details provided by you at checkout".

The best they can do is offer a refund, which will take up to 10 days to process. It would have been preferable for them to automatically process the refund after realising they didn't have the item and advise us of this, rather than waiting for us to call on the delivery day.

Overall a very disappointing experience – I will be steering clear of this retailer in the future.

transported in a secure courier bag. Not to do so invites loss and petty theft. The packages of water filters were, obviously, not an attractive target to would-be thieves. In conclusion, until this problem is fixed, I will not risk buying anything of higher value, or more attractive targets to thieves, from Andoo.

wowza fast order turnaround – I only placed an order for a kitchenaid toaster yesterday afternoon, I receive several messages keeping me informed when it was packed, out for delivery and expected delivery in 30mins, then got a call from the delivery driver to say he was here to drop off the very next afternoon from placing the purchase. They will only deliver half the product and then ignore you – Purchased a modular couch from this company. Only half the couch was delivered. That was 5 days ago. I have reached out to support 4 times who all have said they would email the warehouse and then closed the chat before I could explain that that had been done multiple times already.

Tried to contact andoo on Facebook who proceeded to remove their post that I commented on and ignored my message I have sent.

Might be the best place to buy a mattress – I stumbled across this biz by accident and I hadn’t heard of them before, but was very impressed by the service! Im In Sydney and bought a mattress and it was delivered amd put on my bed for free. I will shop Again for sure Show details
