We had a great experience with this company. Friendly, knowledgeable, and good prices. We are very happy with our beds. The only reason Im giving 4 stars and not 5 is the delivery communication. Email is used, when it should be texts, and our second delivery, we were only given 5 minutes notice before they arrived, and I had to drive over, and disassemble the old bed prior. Show details · 2

pieces which was not caused by the transport team. The delivery guys were next level and were back within 30 minutes after I discovered the problem and replaced it on the spot! That is customer service at its very best. Oh, and had an awesome night's rest on my new Bed :)
The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Jess and Tim in particular were exceptionally wonderful in trying to work out the exact product that we needed. I chose to buy a bed from Best in Beds today. Their website was easier to navigate and understand than others and had a trusted Sealy brand on sale. Sandra was very helpful and sourced the bed for me in stock and it was luckily delivered free of charge within an hour of purchase! It's not just a name. The manager James and Eva were absolutely amazing at the store and I have previously given an amazing review however the delivery guys that came and delivered our chest of drawers scratch my timber floor and it took ages before Best in Beds even informed their insurance company about this. assessor Josh who informed me the whole area needed to be re-sanded and rep polished. However against experts in timber floors they decide to do a quick touchup by an unqualified trade who has not worked in timber floors before. This occurred in October and my Floor is still not fixed.i refused to allow the Trade who was coming out to work on my floors as he advised me he has never worked on timber floors in this manner.

gave me too many pillows to try and advised to choose the right pillow. I have tried last night and was great. I didn’t wake up in the middle of the night to change another pillow. Going to this store because the price is cheaper than other stores. However always to a little research before purchasing anything in the shops or online. Highly recommended

to be well spoken and with a good knowledge of the products in this shop. She was able to recommend the appropriate mattresses for my requirements (that is a Queen for myself and a king single for a guest). the bed before being able to use it The draws were dirty with marks that won't come off & bubbling on the edges The bed had to be vacuumed to remove grass stuff & twigs off it after plastic was removed Definitely not the happy experience I expected with buying a new bed
Follow-up · The delivery change cost me 2 days of work. I had changed my shifts to suit delivery time but they didn't deliver the 1st time & came 5.5hrs early the next time If I wasnt home, i had to pay an extra delivery fee (which would have been cheaper than losing the days work anyway) I have received an email after this review saying they will look into it, no apology I haven't heard back since, its been months now

Shivani made our whole experience so easy and enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and really knowledgeable about the Boori kids range. I purchased a Gaslift bed and it was delivered and assembled on the 9th June 2025. Unfortunately the lighting fixture and USB charger section was not working. The delivery/assemble person said there was a problem with the cables and he would notify Best in Beds to organise a new part. They would be back to connect the new part so the bed lights… Read more
and USB were working. I can understand that small technical problems can occur etc.. I was not happy that it took 1 month to get the new part sent from Sydney to Wollongong. No one from Best in Beds called me to keep me updated. I rang myself many times to ask if the part was sent? Had the part come in? Why was taking so long ? I could not store anything in the gaslift bed as when the part was delivered I'd have to take out everything I'd stored so the bed could be moved for the new part to be connected. I was disappointed that it took so long to be delivered from Sydney to Wollongong. I was also disappointed that Best in Beds did not keep me informed about the process and wait time. I wasn't even informed that the new part was ordered. I called myself 10 days after the bed was delivered to get information. Unfortunately my experience with Best in Beds started positively but ended negatively.

The product assembly leaflet is completely unhelpful. It lacks clear steps, diagrams, or any useful guidance, making the assembly process frustrating and time-consuming. It defeats the entire purpose of having an instruction manual. Very disappointed. Show details
Failure to deliver – Despite a number of assurances that the delivery of beds would occur on a particular date, they failed to do so twice. Avoid disappointment and buy somewhere else. Show details

I dealt with a most charming and helpful lady at the Warrawong store. Franca was very knowledgeable, offered good advice and she was very easy to do business with. I purchased a bed base, Mattress and mattress protector. Franca also organised the delivery which was done quickly. I had purchased beds from this store previously and so went there again last week. got there, I found all the top rated mattresses to try in one place (Yinahla, Sealy etc), unlike Harvey Norman who don’t stock Yinahla. Next, he wasn’t pushy and let us decide for ourselves what suited us. And lastly, the price was FAR better than any price I could get online, in fact, he beat the nearest price by over 30%. So trust me when I say- just get in the car and go.
Best in Beds provided us with excellent service, products and communication. The bedroom furniture and mattress are wonderful. When our mattress wouldn’t fit up the stairs the delivery guys and Franca at Warrawong store helped out.
