purchased them, both sets now have holes in the fitted sheet. I have followed all care instructions, and as I have multiple sets of sheets, they have not had excessive use in the time I’ve had them. For the cost I would have expected these to last much longer and will not be recommending this product to others.

Bali a couple of years ago and the bed was so exquisite I had to pull the sheets off to see what we were sleeping on. Ever since then I knew we had to have one. While it's only been less than a week, I hope it doesn't sag in time. Will rotate every sheet change and return to update over time. So impressed so far! amazing, products packaged beautifully and delivery was prompt. I really like the tie closures on the doona covers (no fiddly buttons) and love the little ties inside that hold your four corners secure. The linen was soft to begin with but after a few washes now are even more buttery soft. Never ever going back to other fabrics like cotton.

I ordered on 9 June, living roughly 5km from the Sydney CBD, expecting the fast delivery the website advertises. The mattress instead sat in the courier's (Hunter Express) Sydney depot for days with no committed delivery date. I was told my only option was to monitor an online tracker each morning for a three-hour window to see whether a driver might scan it out - not what I'd expect for a $1,700 purchase. After more than a week and a final missed window, I cancelled on 26 June and requested a refund.

To be fair where it's due: every Sleep Republic team member I dealt with by chat, email, and phone was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The problem isn't the people - it's the logistics partner, which is dragging down what should be a good experience and is clearly hurting the brand's ratings.

For contrast: I placed an order on 26 June with with a competitor at 11:32am the same day I cancelled, and it was delivered by 8:30pm. That's the standard Sleep Republic's courier should be measured against.

I'd reconsider if the delivery side were fixed.

seen better days. I did a lot of research including on Product Review for replacement wool quilts. Aussie Wool Quilts Boort came up trumps, so I ordered a 3 blanket quilt. Marilyn, one of the owners took my order and asked if I would like extra filling at the feet end of the quilt and I said yes. Marilyn was a lovely lady to deal with. I ordered a pillow at the same time, that also had extra filling.

The quilt and pillow came in minimal although more than adequate packing via Australia Post, the most reliable delivery company for goods to where we live. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly after placing the order that the quilt was delivered.

I ordered a second quilt soon after. Living in the Central Tablelands of NSW, where the temperature can drop to a few degrees below zero frequently during winter, warm bedding is essential, we have already had a -5C this year in May 2021. These quilts are of very good quality and do their job beautifully, they are certainly the best we have ever had in over 45 years of using quilts instead of blankets. The only problem is I find it very hard to get out of such a nice and comfortable warm bed on a freezing morning.

David and Joel came yesterday to repair my Revitalife recliner. One spring only had broken. Again such friendly service although this time I had to wait a little longer for service.

I was able to track the courrier who delivered the mattress, so I didn't have to hang around at home all day and wait. The courrier even carried the mattress up to my apartment on the first floor rather than just the front of the building. The only disappointment was that my sheets were shipped separately via Australia Post, so I had to go out and buy sheets as they didn't arrive on the same day unfortunately.

Bed has badly sagged after not even a year of use. My husband and I are sleeping in holes. Company says this is normal wear and tear. Very disappointed. Will never purchase another Sleepmaker mattress.

Pro tip: buy the dupe version from China, it will be cheaper, arrive faster and will contain all the items needed to assemble.

put together and looked great. Unfortunately, over time it has become a real disaster.

The joints feel flimsy, especially around the headboard. I actually get nervous leaning back on it with a cup of tea because it doesn’t feel secure. Then, just over the one-year mark, one of the joints cracked.

What makes this even more frustrating is that this site states the warranty is five years, but the actual warranty appears to be only one year. Just long enough for the bed to last before issues start showing.

I’ve now had to screw the bed together with braces just to keep it usable while I wait for my tax return so I can buy a replacement from another company.

Please don’t be fooled by the “solid wood” claim. Solid wood does not automatically mean well made, sturdy or properly designed. This was a very considered purchase for me and I’m genuinely disappointed.
