me). Since early 2025 my sheets and duvet covers have been wearing thin and ripping - though they have been cared for following the wash instructions from the supplier. When I reached out to BT to find out if this is an ongoing issue with new stock/did I get early stock that wasn't as high quality, the response I received was very polite but basically told me that Bed Threads sheets should be used on a guest bed and not daily. I was looking to repurchase all of my linen from BT as I'm changing mattress sizes and was seeking reassurance that this wasn't an ongoing quality issue. Based on how many other users have experienced similar tearing of sheets that are obscenely more expensive than anything else on the market, I'd suggest they update their advertising to recommend buyers not sleep on these sheets daily or wash them regularly because they will fall apart. Following my email conversation, I was sent a survey to rate the response out of 5*. Hilariously this feedback system will not accept 1 or 2 star responses and only accepts higher.

Of all the top brands I have purchased in the past the quality of Salt linen surpasses all. The customer service, communication and delivery were all excellent. I'll certainly be a repeat customer.

product itself was gorgeous and beautifully made of high quality and comfortable. Unfortunately, once it arrived, it just didn't suit/fit the layout of my space. What really sets this company apart is their world-class customer service. From my initial inquiries to navigating the return, their team was incredibly fast to respond to all my questions. When I realized the piece wouldn't work for my room, they made the 100 night trial return process completely seamless, helpful, and entirely stress free. Although this specific piece didn't work out for my room, the great customer care and product quality completely won me over. I ordered on 9 June, living roughly 5km from the Sydney CBD, expecting the fast delivery the website advertises. The mattress instead sat in the courier's (Hunter Express) Sydney depot for days with no committed delivery date. I was told my only option was to monitor an online tracker each morning for a three-hour window to see whether a driver might scan it out - not what I'd expect for a $1,700 purchase. After more than a week and a final missed window, I cancelled on 26 June and requested a refund.

To be fair where it's due: every Sleep Republic team member I dealt with by chat, email, and phone was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The problem isn't the people - it's the logistics partner, which is dragging down what should be a good experience and is clearly hurting the brand's ratings.

For contrast: I placed an order on 26 June with with a competitor at 11:32am the same day I cancelled, and it was delivered by 8:30pm. That's the standard Sleep Republic's courier should be measured against.

I'd reconsider if the delivery side were fixed.

shedding has made me hesitate.

I wash the sheets about once a week, follow the care instructions and line dry them out of direct sunlight. Each time I take them off the line, I notice a lot of loose fibres. I’ve also found myself needing to dust my bedroom every day, which is what first made me pay closer attention to the shedding while the sheets were on the bed. I tried washing them separately, but it hasn’t made a difference.

I understand a little shedding is normal with linen, especially at first, but I didn’t expect it to continue to this extent. I’d love to know whether this has been other customers’ experience or whether I may have been unlucky with my set, as I really did want to purchase another colour.

seen better days. I did a lot of research including on Product Review for replacement wool quilts. Aussie Wool Quilts Boort came up trumps, so I ordered a 3 blanket quilt. Marilyn, one of the owners took my order and asked if I would like extra filling at the feet end of the quilt and I said yes. Marilyn was a lovely lady to deal with. I ordered a pillow at the same time, that also had extra filling.

The quilt and pillow came in minimal although more than adequate packing via Australia Post, the most reliable delivery company for goods to where we live. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly after placing the order that the quilt was delivered.

I ordered a second quilt soon after. Living in the Central Tablelands of NSW, where the temperature can drop to a few degrees below zero frequently during winter, warm bedding is essential, we have already had a -5C this year in May 2021. These quilts are of very good quality and do their job beautifully, they are certainly the best we have ever had in over 45 years of using quilts instead of blankets. The only problem is I find it very hard to get out of such a nice and comfortable warm bed on a freezing morning.

David and Joel came yesterday to repair my Revitalife recliner. One spring only had broken. Again such friendly service although this time I had to wait a little longer for service.

Bought two for myself and partner. We now take them everywhere as we get a more restful sleep staying in one position and no neck pain. It doesn’t seem to reduce the snoring very much for us, but we are very happy with it.

firmness is a standout feature because it allows you to fine-tune the mattress to your personal preference rather than having to settle for a fixed firmness.

I initially wasn’t sure what firmness would suit me best, but being able to adjust it made a noticeable difference. Once I found the right firmness, the mattress felt comfortable without being too soft or giving that sinking, “stuck in the mattress” feeling. It provides a good balance of cushioning and support, which makes it comfortable for sleeping through the night. I am a side sleeper and it's perfect for me. Even when I turn on my bed, it doesn't sink in.

Overall, the combination of comfort, support and adjustable firmness is what makes the OneBed mattress stand out for me.

February 2026, I've been "giving it a chance" since then. I have a beautiful thick additional pillow top mattress protector (which I have used on other beds) and it has made absolutely no difference. I've lost count of the number of pillows I've tried and still can't find one that gives my head the support it needs due to how I am sleeping on this horrible mattress. I wake up at least three times each night due to the discomfort. I wake up every morning with a sore neck and shoulders, sort back and sore legs and knees.

Pro tip: buy the dupe version from China, it will be cheaper, arrive faster and will contain all the items needed to assemble.

I contacted Emma about the issue, but unfortunately they have told me they are not going to do anything about it. I’m very disappointed, particularly given the price of the mattress and the relatively short period of time I’ve had it.

For comparison, my previous IKEA mattress lasted around 10 years without having this kind of issue.

I expected much better durability from Emma and am disappointed with both the condition of the mattress after only six months and the response I received from customer service.

Origin Support, sending photos and videos, trying to resolve a bed frame that simply does not function as a bed.

The fundamental problem is the poor design and construction of the frame itself. The slats do not sit flat, curl in different directions, bounce and slide diagonally along the support beam, and there is nothing securing them in place. Once the mattress is placed on top, the slats move sideways and become completely unstable.

Origin sent a handyman to inspect the frame. She spent three hours attempting to fix it and ultimately told us that there was no way to fix it because the fundamental problem was how poorly the bed frame had been designed and constructed. In other words, it would effectively need to be thrown out and started again.

Despite this, Origin’s proposed solution is to replace the flexi slats, potentially taking another 2–3 months. This completely misses the point. New slats will not fix a frame that has no proper support or mechanism to hold the slats in place.

Origin has also told us it is “safe” to sleep on the existing frame in the meantime. It isn’t a functioning bed when the slats move around underneath the mattress.

After two months of emails, extensive evidence and a three hour handyman inspection, I am no longer interested in replacement parts or further attempts to modify the frame.

The product is fundamentally defective, cannot perform its basic function and cannot be practically fixed.

Very disappointing product and an extremely frustrating experience with customer support. AVOID BUYING FROM THE COMPANY!

are genuinely my favourite pillow cases and has a satin-like feel. Thick so will always look fluffy and won't settle/show down duvet grids for your quilt cover. I'd say to spend just a touch extra for the eden cotton over the leo washed cotton, but if you're looking for something breathable or lightweight, go for the linen or bamboo option.
