I have been looking for a quality mattress to put in an air bnb . I wanted hard wearing , well made and comfortable. Just couldn't go past Sealy mattresses after testing many other brands which looked great but did not breathe and were so uncomfortable. Highly recommend Sealy.
Worst warranty ever, do not trust
King expensive, Posturepedic Aspire Ferron Plush mattress, bought 2015 , end up being non functional and in Hard Trash -,thanks to useless sneaky warranty, mattress being checked by robotic team ,less than 32mm sagging (asked to sleep in the middle to flat the hump ) don't care about clients money spent or being (Non Functional ).
Never buy from sealy again ,not to be recommend for family or friends.
What a waste of money and time.

Very comfortable mattress!
We bought a king size Sealy Tribeca Firm mattress a month ago - our first new one in 15 years although our old mattress was also a Sealy. I was expecting to take some time to get used to it but it's been super comfortable from the first night. Can't fault it and would highly recommend. Great to support a trusted Australian brand.
Fantastic Service and support after 8 years of owning a Sealy Mattress
Karen and the support team at Sealy have provided exceptional assistance and service to our 8 year old mattress that required some attention to the foam cover under warranty. Prompt collection, repair and return on the same day. This is service at its best, backed by an reputable Australian brand.
My first mattress since relocating to Australia; a Sealy Posturepedic Splendour. I am so happy with this purchase, the mattress is very comfortable while still having a gentle firmness about it. This is the best mattress I have ever owned as it provides such a fantastic and comfortable night's sleep!
Will give you bad back
SINGLES BOUNTY FIRM Single Mattress. (1900Hx915Wx220D) (Ctns:1) - WHITE 10 Year Guarantee $260.00
I bought this mattress on 03/06/19 as an extra bed. Whenever any guest comes to my place I sleep on this mattress.
On third night I felt soreness on my back. Also the spring makes noise when I toss & turn. I waited for 2-3 weeks to settle then contacted Amart furniture Auburn but they told me to contact sealy. When I did, they came to my house to assess my mattress but they told me nothing is wrong with the mattress. When I said I’m ready to pay ex...

Terrible Customer Service and Faulty Beds
In February of 2019 I bought 3 Sealy King single beds from Harvey Norman Campbelltown. Within a few months all 3 beds were sagging with pronounced indentations and uncomfortable, only one meeting their standard for warranty with the indentation being at 32mm, while the other two beds where already at 22mm and 25mm. However I will note that I missed their measurement for the second bed but when I came into the room to see them measuring the third bed they where saying it was 22mm when it was clearly 25mm, I called them out on it and they agreed....The guy who came out advised me to just go ahead and ask Harvey Norman for a refund. I went into Harvey Norman that same day and said I wanted a resolution. The manager said he couldn't deal with me and that his customer service person would be in on Monday and it would be first priority. Monday midday, still no call so I called them. Customer service lady did not know anything about it. I explained everything and she said that she would contact Sealy. She sent me an email telling me that they would fix all 3 top panels for all the beds. Yesterday Sealy come and take away the beds and only completely "fix" one bed, not honouring what was agreed with Harvey Norman. I call Harvey Norman and of course the only person who can deal with it is not in. I then called Sealy, who claimed not to know about what they agreed on with Harvey Norman, only to tell me that they would call me back later that day and the day went by and no call came. I slept on one of the beds tonight and it is already sagging AGAIN after 1 night. I need a refund on these faulty beds! Other customers beware, if you have a problem with Sealy, they will give you such a run around. If there is a small stain on your mattress they try to make you feel bad about it telling you that you have to pay 240 dollars to have the panel replaced due to ohs issues even though at the time of purchase that is not mentioned. Then if your product comes under warranty they tell you that they will wave the fee as "goodwill".
Sealy king size exquisite mattress ensemble bed.
New Sealy king size exquisite ensemble. The bed is lovely, the service was wonderful. Our needs were fully catered for. We needed a fairly low base for mobility problems and this was achieved. The bed is easy to make. It’s very comfortable and suits our needs. Very satisfied indeed. This was our first new bed for over 15 years so we were desperately in need of a new one but very nervous too about making a change.
Top of the range Crown Jewel Allure Plush
Could not say enough about our King Crown Jewel Allure Plush . Purchased a second Allure Plush Queen as we are downsizing. Apart from being so comfortable& supportive, we wake up feeling so refreshed and that is how it should be. Sealy have their own research and development department and really know how to produce a brilliant product. Wouldn't consider any other brand.
Should have done this years ago!
I purchased a Sealy Posturepremier, Medium, Double bed mattress & now, 2 years later this mattress is still as new. The quality & craftsman ship just cannot be faulted and on top of this it is locally made product. A good prize / quality balance.
We purchased a Sealy Majestic Flex mattress and adjustable base from Snooze in Penrith.
Kathleen, Ivan and the team are fantastic, we highly recommend them for their customer service and knowledge.
The mattress is very comfortable, just the right amount of support and cushioning.
Only one negative so far, and that's the mattress seems to be hotter than my last one.
Terrible mattress with void guarantee
Purchased a Russo Firm mattress from Dare Gallery in 2016. Was great for the first year. However, despite rotating it and changing the base, the inner springs have not held up. By 2018, I had lower back pain where there wasn't any. 3 years later, and I'm looking at replacing.
Sealy and Dare claimed to have a 5 year guarantee. However, after contacting Sealy customer service, they stated they charge $50 to inspect the mattress, and only act on the fault if there is a visible 1-2 inch decompression.
Basically, you can spend thousands on a Sealy..., have it last a year or two, call customer service, have them want to charge you money to look at their faulty product, and then have them tell you that the warranty claim is only good if it measures up to their unreasonably low standards so they don't have to rectify the issue. Or you could give your money to another company, which is what I intend to do with my next mattress.
Wish I had never brought one.
We brought a reasonably expensive Sealy bed and base nearly 4 years ago, (cannot remember the actual name of it) for just over $2000 from Domayne furniture store. I thought as we had brought a Sealy bed it would do us a good few years, with the knowledge that if anything went wrong we could change it or get our money back, (not at all the case). When we purchased it from Domayne, we did mention that we were buying it for one of our holiday cottage and the sales lady said she worked for Sealy and how great that particular mattress would be for c...omfort etc. We thought we had made a great purchase, but little did we know it would sag badly over the years. At first I thought I was seeing things, but then my husband commented how bad it was, I thought I would phone Domayne, as I knew it had a 10 year guarantee. Well Domayne did not seem to know what to do and was just about to recommend I phone Sealy, when someone from Sealy must have walked into the store, so we arranged to meet with the Sealy guy that evening, to look at the bed. He was very pleasant and explained Sealy would not do anything as the dips in the mattress should be a certain size and they were not, he also said because the mattress was used for a Hotel, it would be really a 5 year guarantee not a 10 year guarantee. (This was not said to my husband and I when buying the bed) especially when it was the sales lady from Sealy who was selling us the bed. He stated most Hotels get rid of their beds after 3 years. I did comment that I would be out of Business if I did that. Not a happy Jan at all. Shame on Sealy.
