What a brilliant experience using this company
The salesperson was so helpful the transaction was so easy and the delivery was top notch. The delivery guys were prompt , polite, and put the bed in and left the room absolutely spotless. Highly highly recommend. This has been the best purchase ever made.

Best decision
Big thanks to David and Josh who were great delivering and setting up the bed. Only had the bed for less than a week but no longer wake up with a back ache and noticed this morning that my feet and ankles look normal - they have been so swollen for months my shoes didn't fit.

Excellent service on delivery
The 2 gentleman who delivered our new beds were fantastic! Clean and tidy - removal of the existing bed - our new beds were set up, mattresses explained and a fabulous demo of the beneficial positions , phone ports etc . We couldn’t have asked for more. The whole purchase process has been very straightforward- and fully explained at every stage. We are looking forward to a great nights sleep - for both of us with our individual requirements met. Thankyou to the entire team - from beginning to end.

Amazing Beds.
Absolutely wonderful company to deal with, from Kelly initially and then staff in the office and delivery men Peter & Ollie/y. The beds are wonderful and comfortable. All the functions work just great. Thank you for the sheets and just a heads up be careful using the dryer on the sheets as they seem to have shrunk.

Delivery and contact with company very easy and pleasant.
From initial text contact to delivery of bed the individual people have been pleasant, efficient, and competent. Kelly was very informative and a delight to talk to - no pressure at all. Delivery men were prompt and pleasant and were quick with bed assembly and detailed with information of its use. Altogether an agreeable event.I have not used the bed yet so can’t comment further.

Got my son out of recliner and back into bed!
Lynn helped me find the perfect solution and comfort. My son had been unable to sleep on his bed due to severe back pain and sciatica. He had been sleeping in a recliner for months. Now he sleeps the night through on his Caelum king split and cosmos mattress. David and Joel went above and beyond with delivery and set up. THANKYOU.

The electric bed has some severe issues
The bed controller keeps coming on by itself at night
The company will not process my refund even after only 2 weeks use
There is a safety issue with the bed remaining on when unattended.
Controller functions are non-intuitive and difficult to read
I would never recommend this bed to anyone
If you press the wrong button the bed will "swallow you up" with you sitting in it

Hi I am a long term Fibromyalgia sufferer and was wondering if you have any sales to people with this condition & how they found it. I am 61 and if you know about fibromyalgia you would understand we can be very sensitive to touch and pressure in different areas and that poor interupted sleep is the norm and in my case most nights I lucky to get 5hrs of broken sleep hence the reason for looking electric beds

I have rheumatoid arthritis and have similar issues. I have had bed for a few days and finding it quite useful to change position when pain wakes me up. It’s certainly worth a try. I am still playing with it a bit but it has great potential.!

We recently got a split king and it came with 2 single bed fitted sheets and 1 king bed flat sheet, when we inquired about buying more we were given another 2 fitted singles and 1 flat king free of charge. Could not be happier with our purchase.
