use the medium/soft mattress option for sleeping and it is just like being in a cloud and so comfortable. It really helps our arthritic backs and hips that on rainy cold days it will be a perfect reason to stay in bed.

height to my husbands bed and it was at this moment when my husband discovered our 6month old puppy had chewed thru the cord which means the bed is now not working on my husbands side. Whilst furious at the dog I had an electrician come out to basically put thr chewed ends back together but properly . However he said he couldnt quite see where the issue was and could he take s look at my old bed to see what he needed to do. Then his bright idea was to simply take the part off my working not damaged bed and changed it so now its broken whilst he just put my plug onto my husbands bed and said job done. When I came back into the room after I was told that he had literally just taken bits off my working bed now making it broken to repair the first bed I wanted him to fix from the outset.i was outraged. Now I tried calling spare parts and the company who sold me these beds in qld but the company was no longer in business. So I had nowhere to go. Except I had just had delivery installation people delivering my new bed just a week ago so I reached out to DAN PARBERRY from seniors plus beds once more for his help to see if they could have any item that perhaps they could get my bed running again. So then he said yes we maybe able to help you. However if it's more than jjust a new black power brick then we may not have the ability to fix it. He was up front with the callout fee of $150 & black brick box cost was $120 total $270 so to get installation technicians here looking at the bed i was very happy to pay parts and a call out fee instead of an incompetent electrician.was only going to cost me $270 & if they couldnt fix it they will give me back the $120 for the black brick cord. Anyway David the installation technicians who is a lovely man said not a problem leave it to him he'll see if he can get it working. You know it took him all of 5mins but definitely less than 10mins to have fixed the problem and get my bed working again So thankyou so very much DAVID I am so glad that you and seniors plus are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. This is a company who has values and high standards I will gladly purchase from them again. But thanks David I really appreciated your help.

are Better than I thought...I am saving $ 65 for bodly massage..jaja.. The mattress does not give you extra heat like others..specially in hotter days..It's a Strong mattress.

I am a short lady, the high of the beds it's just right. I made the right Investment with this product.

I am a retired Register Nurse who slept in many beds working in different Hospitals or renting places during 50 years of Nursing.. all over Australia.. Some mattress were very expensive, double Pillows and so on..still not so much Comfortable like Cosmos mattress.

Steve and Lochie delivered our Neolift beds today. They were so quick and professional. They moved the existing beds to another room and took that old bed away. Then they installed the new beds. They did a great job. Highly recommended!

Our beds and free chair were delivered quickly. They were installed professionally by David and Joel who were extremely helpful and provided excellent guidance on how to use them. The beds are excellent and providing us with great sleep

Great assistance with getting in and out of bed with post abdominal surgery... Assists with daily stretching of abdominal muscles. Assists with lymphatic drainage of legs. I have been having a lot of back problems so I thought that I would try this bed. I have had it for nearly 2 weeks and have woken up every morning early and with no pain. It is comfortable and great to sleep in. The young guy that I spoke to before purchasing it was helpful and patient and too as much time as I needed to make up my mind. I had the bed within 2 days and it was set up for me. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Thank you.

the bed is easy to use with each occupant having your own remote for this purpose. The smallest adustments are able to be made for complete comfort.

From the 1st phone conversation to the After sales , the staff have all been helpful . We had an issue with the mattresses not expanding properly, just a phone call away and the staff were onto it and will have replacements here next week .

delivery team of Steve & Lochie were great and very helpful in relocating our old base to spare room and then installing new split queen bed and illustrating how remote works etc. They took away old bed ( waterbed- pre drained) and all the rubbish. Cheery and so easy to feel comfortable with them in your home. First nights sleep last night was quite comfortable and l managed to find good position with very slight head raise ( helped with CPAP too). Hubby still trying to find comfortable position with bulging disc and pinched nerve in neck but did say mattress comfortable. Thanks All great service thus far.

only a sales talk but made us very comfortable before we accepted to purchase same. The delivery and installation was well coordinated with the arrival of Steve and Lochie who assembled the beds and removed the old one to an upper floor. They throughly explained how the system works on these bed, even helped us with making one of the beds with the new linen. was truly impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Seniors Plus for any one making a purchase.
