From the first phone contact with a very personable Sarah in Queensland to delivery and set up within the week by Zac in WesternAustralia, this was a faultless and pleasant experience. As for the 2 super king single beds joined as one, they are just the best. I loved my previous bed but this is at a whole new level.

I've had my new adjustable bed now for 2 weeks, it's the best bed I have ever slept on. The mattress a titanium is10 out of 10. I have nothing but positive words about my bed and the company they were very very helpful. Show 2 replies

height to my husbands bed and it was at this moment when my husband discovered our 6month old puppy had chewed thru the cord which means the bed is now not working on my husbands side. Whilst furious at the dog I had an electrician come out to basically put thr chewed ends back together but properly . However he said he couldnt quite see where the issue was and could he take s look at my old bed to see what he needed to do. Then his bright idea was to simply take the part off my working not damaged bed and changed it so now its broken whilst he just put my plug onto my husbands bed and said job done. When I came back into the room after I was told that he had literally just taken bits off my working bed now making it broken to repair the first bed I wanted him to fix from the outset.i was outraged. Now I tried calling spare parts and the company who sold me these beds in qld but the company was no longer in business. So I had nowhere to go. Except I had just had delivery installation people delivering my new bed just a week ago so I reached out to DAN PARBERRY from seniors plus beds once more for his help to see if they could have any item that perhaps they could get my bed running again. So then he said yes we maybe able to help you. However if it's more than jjust a new black power brick then we may not have the ability to fix it. He was up front with the callout fee of $150 & black brick box cost was $120 total $270 so to get installation technicians here looking at the bed i was very happy to pay parts and a call out fee instead of an incompetent electrician.was only going to cost me $270 & if they couldnt fix it they will give me back the $120 for the black brick cord. Anyway David the installation technicians who is a lovely man said not a problem leave it to him he'll see if he can get it working. You know it took him all of 5mins but definitely less than 10mins to have fixed the problem and get my bed working again So thankyou so very much DAVID I am so glad that you and seniors plus are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. This is a company who has values and high standards I will gladly purchase from them again. But thanks David I really appreciated your help.

are Better than I thought...I am saving $ 65 for bodly massage..jaja.. The mattress does not give you extra heat like others..specially in hotter days..It's a Strong mattress.

I am a short lady, the high of the beds it's just right. I made the right Investment with this product.

I am a retired Register Nurse who slept in many beds working in different Hospitals or renting places during 50 years of Nursing.. all over Australia.. Some mattress were very expensive, double Pillows and so on..still not so much Comfortable like Cosmos mattress.

Very pleased with the product and service but was displeased that the old bed was not removed as agreed. But a quick call to Seniors plus sorted that - a problem with room on the truck, but it should not have happened. I have no hesitation in recommending the product - my sleep has improved so much since. Found the support staff to be excellent.

Delivery persons were friendly and courteous. They moved furniture, disassemble bedhead and took away every bit of packing and old furniture. I couldn't have been more pleased with their work ethics and knowledge of the product. Everything was explained and demonstrated to me. Thank you both.

Steve and Lochie were extremely professional when removing my old bed and installing my new Seniors Plus electric bed. Clear instructions were also given in use of the bed.

The King size single bed purchased over six years ago has greatly helped my health and comfort issues. It immediately prevented painful pressure points of my skeletal bones caused by osteoarthritis. The massage vibrations help my muscles to relax, which induces sleep. The adjustable bed positions allow me to sleep or sit with maximum comfort and convenience. I am thankful for its purchase and follow-up care.

The two lovely guys, who have been here before, were absolutely wonderful. They moved the old mattress to another area and covered it for me. My little dog remembered them and was so excited to see them. Best customer service ever.

Excellent adjustable bed for those of us with spinal problems. Very good service from Seniors Plus. The installers were great. My only niggle would be the remote. I need to put on the light and my glasses to read it.

Such an easy and efficient process to order a Senior Plus adjustable bed online. Delivery was fast, efficient, friendly and informative. I honestly had the best/longest night's sleep in absolute ages last night!

Had our adjustable bed delivered last week . David and Joel were so friendly, patient and helpful in getting everything done properly. David made a comment, "once you slept on these beds you will never want go back to a fla t bed". So true David.

Steve & Lochie delivered & installed our King duel bed. Firstly they dismantled our existing queen bed, mattress & frame & moved it to the garage. They were utterly professional in that they were punctual, friendly & informative. Steve and Lochie delivered our Neolift beds today. They were so quick and professional. They moved the existing beds to another room and took that old bed away. Then they installed the new beds. They did a great job. Highly recommended!
