beds she recommended; not just go on an educated guess. She did this by observing my posture as I lay in various positions and even lifting pillows in and out to ensure my neck would be aligned and supported.
Since having the bed delivered (only 3 days later) I have had great quality sleep and I have woken up with no shoulder or neck pain. If you are having chronic pain every day and problems with energy levels, you may consider that your bed is the issue. And if so, seek out a sleep consultant like Deb to help you get the right bed for you.

one that's upsold most in mattress retail stores I asked them I didn't want made in bulk I wanted new one just for me yet they assured me this was case, I paid $2400 plus delivery which is a joke just rent a van and pick it up yourself save the money, $110 is not worth the effort, the mattresses came with issues they palmed me off to manufacturing sleepmaker didn't even bother to help me I said I want refund as was brand new as they started unused, aus companies supposed to help people but I have mild disability and lgbtq and felt they took advantage of me, I rang multiple sleepys store and some said like moore park the girl withhard to understand accent goes you can return within 60 days if brought waterproof mattress protector and we rewrap it and resell it, I thought that's quite bad, who wants a used mattress, who knows what the person has but that's there policy oddly enough, how can a customer believe a store when they just after profits they would sell a customer a brand new mattress and not advise if was used or not just because they say so, this country is known for scams since it prefer to offshore jobs, but now it's better qualify buying foreign made in machines bot by aus humans, sleep maker jus chek it and tick box saying no faults found, don't buy sleepmaker if u not in melb, def regret buying from sleepy and sleepmaker, I thought politicians want you us support foreign made since lot of the jobs goijg that way, this way prices remain cheaper in aus, look at Holden lol so if things madenin cheap Asia it's good for aus, manufacturing here is not up to same quality of foreign made stuff as they have machines that far better than our manufacturing. If the dumb carpark filled with ppl wasn't so busy I wouldn't ofgone in to that store I kid u not there was only 1 customer beside me in 1 hour on a day where carpark was full. For a company thinking it's Australian you'd think after customer complains the store would help you and return mattress offer you there rubbish comfort enhance guarantee which just means we resell a used mattress providing customer has used waterproof mattress protector on it how gross, other mattresses seller donates em, how gross a company to resell used mattresses, I advise anyone I talk to and other places never to buy from sleepys as it's unhygienic and how do we know if store ha sold us used one or not just because they say they would never do that never believe any aus company, the gepps cross store instead of threatening me saying will take back your mattress unless you pay us remainder of amount should of said ok you have an issue, either return it for full refund or swap it over, now if every store told me Artemis is best seller and that's why it at front of store since the sales kids push this mattress on everyone , why would a company have one in stock for 3 months it's absurd, anyway I stand by my thoughts this store gave me a back of store one it definitely didn't come from sleepmaker Brisbane even though thats what they tryna push on me as Ive Been told the manufacturer tag on mattress doesn't relate to the purchase order I was given, the store manager has done a poor job and instead of looking after a customer who has a disability and is lqbtq he's palmed me off to regional manger, shameful company,, any there test was just taking a pic of me and saying blabla your spine is this should be straight on bed, heck a foreigner could of done same job, no wonder aus companies falling flat, ch7, bbq galore, ah beard, taco bell, Michaels patisserie, quay let the list go on, just wish trump the fool would raise oil so petrol can get higher it's far to low and interest rates need to hit 6%

midnight to go to the toilet and put my bed on vibrate when I got back in. After a minute or two I could smell a strange metallic type smell. Then moments later there was a loud 'pop', a yellow flash of light came from under my bed and the vibrations stopped. It was quite frightening. I didn't know if my bed was going to catch fire and so I slept downstairs on the lounge, keeping one eye open all night in case the worst happened. Luckily it didn't. But the bed was cactus, would no longer work. I went in store to see Patrick who, again, was great. Understood the problem and my concerns and gave me Flexi-rest's contact details. They are not in Tasmania so having to deal with a company in the mainland was less than desirable. Turns out only the mattress I bought was Tasmanian made, not the base. I contact Flexi-rest who ask all of the questions I expected. I gave the information they needed then I didn't hear from them in months. I emailed them only to be told that they had an an 'unimaginable family loss' and they would get back to me as soon as they were able. Months go by and I think they have forgotten about me so I email again and am now told that they were having trouble finding a technician to tend to the job. Finally I am contacted by a technician who comes around and diagnoses the problem. Another month passes and still no contact from the company nor the technician. Still waiting patiently to hear something. I would NEVER recommend buying from Flexi-rest. I regret it and I don't want anyone else in this position. Ask the salesperson first where the bed comes from and avoid Flexi-rest like the plague. This is not a reflection on Patrick's service because I honestly could not fault the man, he's wonderful. Flexi-rest = junk!

price of that exact bed in the window, decided to buy it. The bed was delivered without the massage feature, when I queried it to the store we are told if you want that feature it would cost us an additional $800.00 but we were given a quote the exact bed on display in the window which had the massage feature. Now we are also told that we said we didn't want that feature, we weren't told that that feature would have an extra cost to it. I went into store and when I questioned the salesperson there I was told that they had made a mistake and she would look into it and rectify it, but now she denies saying that. If you choose to buy from them be very mindful of what you are buying is what you actually get, of the description on your invoice is what you are buying and also if you buy and pay for something extra such as pillows that they are delivered so you don't have to travel 40 mins there and back to pick them up.If you want to be deceived and lied to please go into Sleepys Pakenham.

price and accessory options like bedhead and bases. I then went to look at others but returned back to the ladies as I just felt they had a more honest approach to what I was seeking. Their prices are very competitive as they are but the ladies were able to provide further discount when they compared my other quotes from other stores where the service was less than average. I wanted to give them the business as they had a positive impact on my shopping experience which these days is very rare. They not only kept me informed as to when the bed had arrived in stock, when it was being delivered and followed up to check everything was as I had wished by a personal call rather than just a text message. We had a great experience at the Gepps Cross store. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up getting a package with a mattress, adjustable electronic base, pillows for proper back and neck support, deluxe mattress cover and tencel quilt and the price was very reasonable for everything. Poor advice – I asked for a soft mattress and took the advice of the advisor. However is it too hard for me and although they say you can return if not satisfied, to do so is costly and really not worthwhile but lulls you into a false sense of security when buying. Good product. Needs a better installation service – I purchased a bed frame, adjustable base, and mattress. Staff were helpful, product is good quality, and the price was reasonable. stress-free installation. I was sorely mistaken. One installer was polite and professional in taking care not to damage the product. The other was rushed and angrily pushing to finish asap. This resulted in a few screws being overtightened and cracking the drawer assembly internally. The screw covers for the bed frame drawers were also left behind for me to install.
When they "finished" and on their way out the door, I asked if they were taking the rubbish with them. The rushed installer responded "nah mate not my job. $80 to take it away. We just install the bed frame They should have explained it to you". Not in the mood for an argument, I let them leave. Noting that just install the bed frame also meant the side drawers were still packed in boxes beside the bed.
The final thing that irked me the most is the power cord was incorrectly installed in a visible position in front of the bed head, instead of being hidden under the bed and bed head. It would have been a simple task for the installers to rectify but they decided to make it a much bigger problem for me instead. I had to lift a corner of the bedhead (probably close to 100kg) and fish the cable underneath via a tiny hole. Annoying.
