midnight to go to the toilet and put my bed on vibrate when I got back in. After a minute or two I could smell a strange metallic type smell. Then moments later there was a loud 'pop', a yellow flash of light came from under my bed and the vibrations stopped. It was quite frightening. I didn't know if my bed was going to catch fire and so I slept downstairs on the lounge, keeping one eye open all night in case the worst happened. Luckily it didn't. But the bed was cactus, would no longer work. I went in store to see Patrick who, again, was great. Understood the problem and my concerns and gave me Flexi-rest's contact details. They are not in Tasmania so having to deal with a company in the mainland was less than desirable. Turns out only the mattress I bought was Tasmanian made, not the base. I contact Flexi-rest who ask all of the questions I expected. I gave the information they needed then I didn't hear from them in months. I emailed them only to be told that they had an an 'unimaginable family loss' and they would get back to me as soon as they were able. Months go by and I think they have forgotten about me so I email again and am now told that they were having trouble finding a technician to tend to the job. Finally I am contacted by a technician who comes around and diagnoses the problem. Another month passes and still no contact from the company nor the technician. Still waiting patiently to hear something. I would NEVER recommend buying from Flexi-rest. I regret it and I don't want anyone else in this position. Ask the salesperson first where the bed comes from and avoid Flexi-rest like the plague. This is not a reflection on Patrick's service because I honestly could not fault the man, he's wonderful. Flexi-rest = junk!

This level of product knowledge is rare and commendable in a retail setting.

Originally, we intended to make a partial purchase and return later for the rest, but Kabeer’s clear explanations, professional approach, and confidence in the products convinced us to complete the full purchase on the same day. His guidance was factual, helpful, and made us feel reassured that we were making the right choices for our health and comfort.

Highly satisfied with both the service and the products, and we would gladly recommend Kabeer Singh to anyone looking for expert advice when shopping for sleep-related products.

price of that exact bed in the window, decided to buy it. The bed was delivered without the massage feature, when I queried it to the store we are told if you want that feature it would cost us an additional $800.00 but we were given a quote the exact bed on display in the window which had the massage feature. Now we are also told that we said we didn't want that feature, we weren't told that that feature would have an extra cost to it. I went into store and when I questioned the salesperson there I was told that they had made a mistake and she would look into it and rectify it, but now she denies saying that. If you choose to buy from them be very mindful of what you are buying is what you actually get, of the description on your invoice is what you are buying and also if you buy and pay for something extra such as pillows that they are delivered so you don't have to travel 40 mins there and back to pick them up.If you want to be deceived and lied to please go into Sleepys Pakenham.

price and accessory options like bedhead and bases. I then went to look at others but returned back to the ladies as I just felt they had a more honest approach to what I was seeking. Their prices are very competitive as they are but the ladies were able to provide further discount when they compared my other quotes from other stores where the service was less than average. I wanted to give them the business as they had a positive impact on my shopping experience which these days is very rare. They not only kept me informed as to when the bed had arrived in stock, when it was being delivered and followed up to check everything was as I had wished by a personal call rather than just a text message. Keep up the good work ladies.

My mum and I had a great experience at Sleepy’s Auburn thanks to Josh. He was incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Josh took the time to understand what my mum was looking for, explained the options clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. His service made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Josh if you’re visiting the store!

I found Judi to be very helpful and patient in taking the time to explain the best bed and mattress options for my needs, and she answered all my questions without any hesitations, she offered great customer service and she was honest and sincere about everything. Poor advice – I asked for a soft mattress and took the advice of the advisor. However is it too hard for me and although they say you can return if not satisfied, to do so is costly and really not worthwhile but lulls you into a false sense of security when buying. Would not recommend as expensive but not good mattresses in my opinion. Show details

Wrong advice – Guarantee is not worth anything. Given wrong advice, then had to fight for 2 months for any satisfaction. Eventually costing us $2000 more! Plus delivery!

Good product. Needs a better installation service – I purchased a bed frame, adjustable base, and mattress. Staff were helpful, product is good quality, and the price was reasonable. stress-free installation. I was sorely mistaken. One installer was polite and professional in taking care not to damage the product. The other was rushed and angrily pushing to finish asap. This resulted in a few screws being overtightened and cracking the drawer assembly internally. The screw covers for the bed frame drawers were also left behind for me to install.

When they "finished" and on their way out the door, I asked if they were taking the rubbish with them. The rushed installer responded "nah mate not my job. $80 to take it away. We just install the bed frame They should have explained it to you". Not in the mood for an argument, I let them leave. Noting that just install the bed frame also meant the side drawers were still packed in boxes beside the bed.

The final thing that irked me the most is the power cord was incorrectly installed in a visible position in front of the bed head, instead of being hidden under the bed and bed head. It would have been a simple task for the installers to rectify but they decided to make it a much bigger problem for me instead. I had to lift a corner of the bedhead (probably close to 100kg) and fish the cable underneath via a tiny hole. Annoying.
