sub-contracting services to other companies. "What's Included" was clearly not passed on the the company the service is sub-contracted out to.

When the technician arrived he stated it was an extra $80 (on top of the already $98 for two small rooms) for sanitising the carpet and to remove a couple of stains. Absolute rip off.

When I initially called to request a quote, the salesperson was lovely and went over everything, including what's included - they were very helpful and squeezed me in within a short time frame.

Unfortunately when I called to speak to customer service afterwards about the issues above, they became defensive and took no responsibility at all. All I wanted was a respectful conversation and to try to come up with some sort of solution. They stated they would call me back but never did.

Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere.

Absolutely Amazing!! – Highly recommend this company to anyone who wants great service and an amazing job!!! Marks that other companies were not able to clean were removed with ease. Warwick was professional whilst friendly and his recommendations spot on. I would never consider using anyone else in the future and have now used this company on several occasions, as have many of my own friends. Couldn't be happier :)

Carpets ok but don’t ask them to clean tiles!!! – Angel Carpet Cleaning we’re contracted to clean the carpets and tiles, as they advertise. Carpets were good, but the tiles were left with water marks all over and the grout was not even cleaned. I ended up going to Fair Trading.

Best carpet cleaning in the Illawarra – The service was was wonderful and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had some heavy stains in my cream wool carpet and I doubted that they could be removed. I was very pleasantly surprised to find all of the stains had come out. I recommend you try these guys out for yourself. Very reasonable prices also.

Disgusting service – We were treated very poorly by the cleaner and the company manager.
