My carpet is 8 years old, with large spot stains and areas of high traffic wear with general grime.The technician firstly examined the floor area, made recommendations then provided a quote. For the service I accepted his advice. All spot stains where removed, carpet sanitised then Scotch Guarding applied. The result was a carpet that looked like new, pile lifted and increased stain resistance.

DO NOT USE, if I could give less than one star I would. My carpets had no marks on them prior to steam cleaning, they stayed wet for days and then when finally dried I had blotchy marks everywhere. When reported to management I was treated disgustingly. The Manger actually swore at me, raised his voice and was condescending. A tactic obviously used to bully people to just give up the fight. Cheapest is not always the best!! A lesson well learnt.

DO NOT BOTHER!!! Technician arrived at my property dismissive about the job and made excuses to not proceed despite the fact it was a simple 2 bedroom, one couch and one rug job. The house is only 3 years old! He then proceeded to claim he didn't have time to do our job and had to leave! Disgusting attitude and terrible customer service!

Absolutely disgusting service. 5 bedrooms quoted, only 3 completed. Have disputed with Fair Trade because I will not allow this company to carry on. The only pro about this company is their prompt response to argue with you about why they refuse to refund their terrible work even with evidence. The photos attached is what came up from the carpets AFTER Angel Carpet Clean apparently did their work.

did call me back after I left a message how disappointed I was, and was told it was from the underlay. Funny that after using the Bissell on the carpets and couches he did, they came up cleaner than his clean, and they were much dryer than when he did them. They were very wet after his clean. Really disappointing when he was so nice with his dad, but didn’t think I would have to clean them again myself. Now nice and clean. plant’s drainage hole, were still glaringly obvious!) I was so surprised that the technician did not pre-treat the stains & the stairs in advance like previous technicians from other cleaning companies, but had trusted his professionalism. It only took him about 45 minutes to clean 4 bedrooms, the landing area, lounge room & 2 sets of stairs, while I had spent about 4 hours the previous day vacuuming these same areas. The only consolation was that [Name Removed] was nice & friendly, but I will never use Angel Cleaning again. They actually CHARGED MORE than other companies, but I’d thought I was paying more for a much better clean. I was so wrong!!!

Appalling customer service – A strange way of quoting. For example, they say bedrooms are based on 12 sqm. If a bedroom is bigger than this, you pay for two bedrooms. high quote but then the customer service was very poor. They gave a window of 7.30am-12 noon to arrive. I asked for them not to come before 8am. They said tough - they can come anytime in that window. I believe there is no reason why they cannot give a rough estimate the day before. At 9am I asked if they could indicate when they would come. They said before 12 - someone would call half an hour before. I was treated like a nuisance with no effort being made to remove inconvenience on my end. Finally, when the technician inspected we agreed there were no stains and carpet was in good condition. However, on the invoice delivered after payment, the technician notes said "Medium soiled, visible stains. Some stains might stay. Traffic area stain and wore out." Are they covering themselves?

I have no complaints about the cleaning but I will not use these people again because of their attitude. Who runs a business like this?

Best experience to date – Just a quick note to thank Graham who came out to clean my carpets. He done an excellent job on my dirty oily carpet in my unit. His workmanship speaks for itself,he was pleasant and courteous at all times and I was very happy with the price quoted. Don’t waste your time. Nasty business. They give you one quote online and then try to charge you twice more on spot – I got a quote online and once the cleaner arrived he said he would go first and see carpets before bringing an equipment. Also I booked cleaning for one nursing chair which had a mark. Again he said he needs to use special products and gonna charge me double for that…I had previously ordered sofa cleaning, where they (another company) cleaned all and if any marks left - they said it’s just not removable. When I asked him why they didn’t quote me correct from the beginning his reply was that I didn’t mention that my chair has a mark. But my question is why would I order cleaning service if my chair is clean?! When he realized I was not going to pay more than was agreed previously, he rejected to do any job and just walked away. I have a feeling that it’s just a business model - give you an attractive quote and then just charge you double (which would be more than you could get from other cleaners). Terrible clean and worse service – Cleaner was very quick doing 5 rooms, 2 rugs and a 5 seater chaise. I have been emailing back and forth with the owner who takes no accountability and has no apology or even acknowledgement that they were in the wrong and did not provide a proper and professional clean, nor any customer service whataoever. Would definitely not recommend, stay clear of this company and use one that will do the job and stand by their work.

Terrible service – I've got 2 dogs who loves playing outside and they get dirty real fast from the sand patches outside, so it doesn't take long for my carpets to get dirty. Before starting, I had to sign a form which stated not all stains might come out, which I was fine with.

When they were done, I had a look and definitely wasn't happy with the poor service. The cleaner offered to do a room again to show the stains can not come out. I was also told that they always spray the whole carpet with a chemical before they start cleaning, to lift the dirt and to make the cleaning process easier. I've got cameras in and around the house to check up on the dogs when I'm not home. I went through the footage and not once did I see them spraying the chemicals. Except for on 3 small stains on one of the carpets. All the carpets were cleaned with water only. Also when I asked about the steam cleaning process because every carpet was cold right after cleaning, he told me it's actually only not steam cleaning and they only work off of the temperature of the water that they put in. Only filled 2x small buckets to clean all the carpets.

While he was busy redoing the one carpet, I told him to just finish that area then they could go. I waited at the front door as they were packing up and they just got in the van and left. I tried calling the office right after they left which was at 11:58 on Saturday 23rd of September but they didn't answer. So I started cleaning the rugs again myself with a cheap carpet cleaner that I usually use. I've added photos to show how dirty the carpets still were after they cleaned it.

A while after that, I got a call from the office saying that apparently I refuse to pay. I never refused, they never came back in to get payment. They just got in the van and left. I've got cctv footage of everything.

Someone else called me, don't know his name. He also kept saying that I refused to pay and that after I explained the whole thing to him. We also talked about the steam cleaning, which he told me that the machine heats the water to 100°C. This function was clearly not used on my carpets as the technician explained to me. He asked me when was the last time the carpers were cleaned because he saw a video of how dirty they were, and I told him it was under 12 months ago. Then he said "oh, wow, and they are already that dirty?" it's got absolutely nothing to do with you why my carpets were dirty and dusty and that reaction from you was completely unasked for.

I got fed up with trying to explain myself the whole time and I was busy redoing their work so I hung up the phone.

I have paid but I will definately never use them again.

cleaned at all. It looked like its been run over with a vacuum cleaner. I took it upon myself to try and remove a few stains (spot clean) and guess what? I removed the stains with a little elbow grease. I put in a complaint with [Name Removed] and he was just unhelpful. I could tell he has done the spill over the phone many times. Lip service is all I received. Disgraceful poor service by the company and the contractors. The contractor who came to site to inspect after my many attempts to get a representative out here was out of his depth and could not comprehend that if he used elbow grease he would be able to remove 80% maybe 90% of the stains. He said they don't scrub stains to try to remove them in the fashion that I did. Hang on you state that you will do your very best to remove stains. Am I missing something or do carpet cleaners not use elbow grease & carpet shampoo to try and remove stains? [Name Removed] & the contractor showed me a short video of the contractor emptying water into the drain out the front of my business to prove they cleaned the carpets. Hang on put an alarm and a flashing light on your head. This rings alarm bells if your company have to video empting water from the cleaning unit as evidence that the job was actually done. By the way look them up, and not just on FB and you will find a mountain of complaints. Lets not get angry people lets get even and tell the Nation about this company that take advantage of our fellow peoples. real estate the invoice I got the worker felt the need to say I declined a industrial clean therefore stains couldn’t be removed he didn’t need to put that on the invoice I just wanted the receipt to forward to the real estate that it had been professionally cleaned . He also chipped the wall near the front door taking the machine out and pretended it didn’t happen potentially costing me some of my bond money I will never recommend this company to anyone I know and will advise against using your company . because he was already there, (even though he left a stain from his cleaning fluid cup on my wood table). After 2 weeks, pale patches started showing up on the carpet where it had been cleaned. I emailed the company, wanting them to redo these particular areas, and their suggestion was that I pay another $95. and that is was now too late as I should have contacted them in the first week. But the thing is what are the pale patches... did the guy use too much cleaning product. Is the carpet now ruined... the viewer so truly flabbergasted as to why this excuse was given!? Right after the carpet attendant left the carpet in only 2 out of 4 areas was wet to the touch despite asking for the whole place to be steam cleaned so not sure what happened to the other two rooms but they were not done! A day after the carpet clean I used vanish carpet foam and a sponge and removed the remaining stains that I was told “it wasn’t possible to remove any further.” Absolutely shocking! Furthermore I called prior to the job and asked if I could pretreat the stains with anything in readiness for the job and was told categorically DO NOT TOUGH THEM which I’m guessing is a tactic they use so they can charge more for return visits? The only reason I’m giving the job a 4 was because the attendant was extremely friendly and nice to deal with. The quality of the job done was however very poor and I would not recommend to family or friends. Pretty disappointing to have achieve better results myself after with vanish from coles, especially after paying for the job to be professionally done!!! On the phone was told I was the first booking of the day for 7:30 and rearranged my schedule to suit and they didn’t show untill 10:30 stating there is a window of time 7:30-12:30. Their technician is an actor!!! – Hi Angel Carpet Cleaning, I saw your reply on google review, but I could not reply to your reply. So i came here. You should notice my point was not the quality your technician did. I was trying to say you people did not do a thing. Today I hired another company to clean the carpet again. This local 5 star reviewed technician agreed with me that your people did not clean the carpet at all last week. I know I have no idea about carpet cleaning. But I have common sense, I know when I drive my car right after a service, it feel so different. No matter how long since last time I cleaned the carpet, your technician did or did not do the job, I can feel it with my hand. now I have photo evidence and another technician as human evidence. what can you say now. In my email to your company I asked for another technician from your company to have a look, you told me the one who came last week was your best guy, your best guy is cheating on you. look at your google rating , How miserable is your google rating, If I saw it before I made the decision, you never get the job. I hope my review can help other people as well. you should leave your employee to solve complains, your phone call only makes things worse.

By the way, the technician who came today told me to leave the fan on until the carpet drys. I think your technician forgot to do that on that day. He was a bad actor. Haha
