and have tags attached. The policy also says customers can provide a reason for the return "or don't, it's totally up to you."

Even though I ordered my usual size and carefully reviewed the size chart, the dress did not fit when it arrived. The design did not include a zipper, so I was unable to even get the dress on. When I initiated a return, I let them know that it was due to fit as I thought it would be helpful for the business to provide that feedback. To my surprise, my return was denied based on that reason. I reviewed the return policy again and could not find any language stating that fit-related returns are excluded or ineligible. In fact, the policy suggests that providing a reason is optional.

I contacted customer service multiple times seeking clarification and pointing out that the published policy does not disclose any restriction related to fit. Unfortunately, after several back-and-forth exchanges, I was unable to have my return processed in line with the return policy that was published at the time of purchase. Their customer service said "While our return policy outlines general eligibility requirements, concerns related to personal preferences regarding material, fabric quality, fit, sizing, or overall expectations of the product do not qualify for a return under our policy guidelines." Had the return policy stated this, I would have never made this purchase in the first place.

My frustration is not simply that the return was denied, but that the denial appears inconsistent with the return policy as written. I unfortunately have to share this factual review of my experience so that other customers can make informed purchasing decisions, and are not mislead the way I have been. I will not be purchasing from this store again.

tried processing a return during the next 2 days of delivery. When reaching out for a rerun process I was denied a return due to the correct size being sent. The size alone was not the issue but the fit and the poor manufacturing was. I now have a dress I will not wear and spent approximately $150

gone unanswered, and they provide no working phone number to contact them. It’s been extremely frustrating dealing with this company—this feels dishonest at best, and potentially fraudulent.

Unfortunately, it seems I am not alone, as other customers are reporting similar issues. I am now forced to escalate this matter with my bank and the relevant consumer protection authorities. Save yourself the trouble and avoid shopping here!

Scammers. Firstly shipping does not occur within the timeframe that they say it will. Then sent me a faulty dress with missing shoulder straps and now won’t refund me the money saying they didn’t receive the return even though I have proof from Australia Post that they did. Won’t respond to any emails either. Terrible company. Don’t buy from them. Go elsewhere. I have had to raise a claim through my bank for my money back. Show details

I purchased the twilight maxi dress after I saw it for over $3000 at another store. The dress came as a 4 piece set with a slip and the dress is so sparkly. I wore it for my birthday and everyone loved it. Shipping was really quick too. I chose the free shipping option and then emailed them to say I needed it faster and they shipped it out via express shipping at no extra cost which was really sweet. Show details

These people are scammers. I tried cancelling an item almost immediately after purchasing and had zero luck getting through to someone. By the way, they upmark their clothing by 200%. Make sure to reverse image search any item you like and find it cheaper somewhere else. This is my warning to all my lady shoppers looking for a fair deal on special occasion clothing, look elsewhere.
