Untrained staff, others giving vet advice – Staff should not be selling "off label" products unconscionably. Customers have the right to make informed buying decisions. On the flip side, senior staff should not be giving veterinary type advice on usage of "off label" products either. This happened upon after sale queries on the bovine product sold to a poultry customer. Unconscionable and misleading. Consumer commissioner territory much?
