Damn it looked great on the screen – I was amazed by the furniture I was seeing on the site, I had spent thousands in my head already, I love this style of furniture and figured before i buy I should check the reviews, ummm yeah gotta say phew maybe not a great idea the reviews are brutal

Bookcase is as discribed, very happy with purchase – The purchase was made online as I am located in NS, the actual process was nice easy, with minimal fuss involved.

Extremely happy! – This is a lovely family business. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bed and corner desk. They kept me updated with the progress and made the entire process much easier than I thought. We are extremely happy with the furniture and most of all the service. Professional and friendly. What a disaster – I purchased a desk on 5 May 2017. Paid up front. Then got an email saying I had to pay a further 20% of the purchase price for delivery - no mention of that before they took my money. The email said the desk MAY take 12-14 weeks. 20 weeks later i had heard nothing, so i called them. Desk will be here soon. 24 weeks later still no desk! Twice the time, 20% more than advertised!

Rubbish furniture, shocking service – Placed a deposit on 4 items of furniture after inspecting product in showroom, which all appeared as good quality, the owner will only make to order with a 30% deposit with a 12 week wait for delivery. goods to us interstate with missing parts that were refused to be followed up/located, appalling quality furniture which was warped, cracked and produced in such a way as to hide major defects, it took months to get a refund from the owner as they tried to hold us ransom, not to seek compensation.

In this time, the furniture self destructed with major cracking to most pieces to the full length of boards, this is because the company they contract to produce the furniture in Asia uses "Green" or wet timber which is unstable.

The owner was eventually forced to collect goods at their cost, also she was forced to face Victorian courts so that we could seek damages that were also promised, but withheld in an attempt to silence us.

She has now been listed on the court register.

I write this review as a caution to other people considering purchasing from this vendor, as although we did our due diligence prior to purchase, there was no reviews or valid information relating to this company.

If you like being told they are too busy to deal with any issues, or they have ordered the wrong items & refuse to take ownership of their mistakes while they hold your money, and supply you with deplorable quality products, then this is the company for you.

If you value your sanity, and can't deal with someone that values their own self importance or perceived status more than life itself, I'd advise you steer well clear.

Funnily enough, even though all this mess ended up in court, the proprietor still thinks she's a winner, and that my friends, sums up the dillusion of this business.
