Ordered online. No confirmation sent to email address, although I’ve paid for lenses. No receipt!!!! Tried to contact them three times. Straight to voice message. Suspicious & very unprofessional. Will give them 48 hours to contact me. Otherwise will lodge complaint with Fair Trading. Great pricing but no customer service. Stay away. Go elsewhere for peace of mind, HAPPY TO ADVISE THEY CONTACTED ME.

Great customer service ! Super quick delivery . I’ve been shopping my contacts with them on the past 2 years. Never had a single problem. I recommended to most people I know who need contacts

They don't email you any order or shipping confirmations after paying. Customer service personnel do not respond to emails. It's a bit suspicious they are the only contact lense company that don't allow consumers to leave any reviews online, if providing quality services wouldn't they want to show that I'll stick to Specsavers....
