I have purchased two sets of lenses in recent weeks - one for an old pair of Ray Bans that had a huge amount of crazing, the other being a pair of Otis (glass lens had cracked). In both cases, I was told that I couldn’t get OEM replacement lenses (or at least without great expense). Having found the sunglass fix, I couldn’t be happier. I went for the top ‘Diamond’ lenses. I purchased the Ray Ban RB4306-F - 54 mm, SFxUltra polarised lenses for $49. These were to replace my wife's scratched lenses. The website is easy to use, just type in the glasses code on the left arm of the frame and it come up with your options. Quick delivery. FYI, I needed to use a controlled amount of force to pop the old lenses out and install the new. Good quality product, they just don't have the Rayban logo. Saved myself $200 on a new pair.... I ordered 2 sets off lenses and was just blown away with the service and quality of the lens
Then I found a pair of Oakleys in the glove box in my corvette so I went to order an other set of lenses but I could read the model number
So i called the customer service team no problem just send the glasses to us and we will cut the lens you want. A week later I had received the frames back with new lenses fitted
I was amazed with the service nothing was a problem which made it just a pleasure to do business with them I tell everyone about sunglas

Ordered 2 pairs of lens for 2 different sunglasses with tracking for shipping.
- 1st email on the order came in fast but the item description were truncated.. (i'm not sure if I've ordered the correct lenses.
- After waiting for 2 days , I email them to check the order status. To my surprise , they replied that "Your order is in pending due to address verification." and ask me to verify my address.
- 5 days after verifying the address with the CS, an email came in with basically nothing !!
- 2 days later , I got an email on shipping info

Hi Col, unfortunately we don't make the single lenses / google / mask lenses for sunglasses. We can make lenses in just about any frame that support two separate lenses but haven't invested into google making equipment at this point in time. Your best bet will be to contact Burberry support and see if they can help you with a replacement lens.

Is this business still operating? Can’t get emails answered or phone answers and cart won’t load properly.
Hi Annab, yes, still going strong. We strive to get back to emails in 1 business day. After a weekend this may take two days as volumes are high. I'm not sure what the phone situation would be as we answer them from 6:30 am to 5pm AEST Monday - Friday. If you are in a different part of the world you will have to either leave a voice mail or call during our business hours to get someone. I did notice that our Voice Mail box which holds 100 filled up over the weekend and that could have been the issue as once that's the case it may just ring out or not allow you to leave a message. However, that has been cleared as of yesterday. Hope that helps,
