The Sunglass Fix

I found this site to be excellent. The site is easy to navigate and order lenses. My lenses arrived in great condition and were correct as per my order and the prices are fantastic, as a repair thru a repairer came as a unexceptable cost, this is the best option for keeping your expensive sunnies.

The process from initial quotation to sending the glasses and recieving them was seamless, simple and very clear. The Sunglass fix team were very responsive and open about the options available. The repaired sunglasses were good as new when they arrived. Very happy. The whole process took around 3.5 weeks, which is very good considering there was Christmas in between.

the other was a Specsavers brand but I had to send these glasses in to have the lens made and fitted. Initially I was waiting for the satchel to be delivered to send in my Specsavers glasses however it didn’t arrive. I contacted Sunglasses Fix and Lana rang me to apologies and then sent me another satchel. After receiving the satchel I sent them in over Christmas, Lana rang me on 5 January 2026 to say they would prioritise the order. Received the Specsaver glasses and the lenses today (9 January 2926). The lenses were fitted to the Specsaver glasses and they were a prefect fit and look fantastic. I had to fit the lenses to my Ted Baker glasses and after viewing the how to video it was easy as. The glasses look fantastic and the lenses are perfect. Overall the experience was 5 star and the prices were fantastic. Do yourself a favour and use the business for your replacement lenses, Highly recommended.

solid 10/10. I was able to select the level of tint and colour before checking out and I prefer the tint provide by The Sunglass Fix over the original lens. The lens I brought are now 6 months old and are still in perfect condition even with the way I treat my glasses.

The lens for my particular glasses where easy to replace as the frame is plastic. I assume if your frames are not plastic they might be harder to replace but there are videos on their website / YouTube channel to step you through replacing them.

I have noticed that other people are complaining that the lens do not come with 'Ray Ban' written on them. This is obvious as the lens are not genuine Ray Ban lens, they are replacements. So do not buy these lens if you care about the brand being printed on them.

bin my sunglasses after the lenses cracked when I tightened the little screws holding them in (silly me!) and was actually looking for new sunglasses online when I came across an advert for The Sunglass Fix. The replacement lenses were unbelievably reasonably priced, and the consistently good reviews were very confidence-inspiring. Communication was fantastic - after I had placed my order online, an email was received telling me how to get my frames to The Sunglass Fix, another one advised me that they had arrived, then a final email notified me that they had been posted back to me and gave me the Australia Post tracking number. A potential complication was that I decided shortly after posting them to change the order to have them polarised, and then also a little later to change the colour of the lenses from green to dark grey. These changes were received with good grace - nothing is too much trouble for The Sunglass Fix! They confirmed my requested changes to my order by email and my online order page was also updated. I thought there might be additional costs involved with all this chopping and changing at the last minute, but no. As they say on their website, customer satisfaction is their priority.

I am very, very happy that I decided to get my lenses replaced instead of just consigning my favourite sunnies to landfill (as I'm sure a lot of people do once they've damaged their lenses and don't know where to go to get them replaced). The entire experience from start to finish was overwhelmingly positive, and I will be recommending The Sunglass Fix to all my friends. A lot of Australian businesses could learn a thing or two about customer service from the Sunglass Fix!

their sales team and decided to send the frames to them. In less than a week they were back fitted with new lenses. You can't tell me that you will find better service than that. Total time from my first order, back and forth was under a fortnight. Today I just ordered a pair of lenses for my OAKLEY's with full confidence that I will get a great product and fantastic service. Was a bit worried about going outside OEM for my PRADA glasses. The lenses scratched very easily so I figured I’d give these guys a go… at $50AUD, what could go wrong… I got the lenses a week later. glasses. THOSE lenses were blue tint and after a year they just looked disgusting. Am expecting a new lease on life. Honestly… Luminor owns both RayBan AND PRADA sunglasses as far as I am aware and, although I like their frames, the lenses just do NOT last. I consider these an upgrade now. If they do not last or scratch/degrade as easily as the OEM I might adjust this review but right now I saved a $350 pair of sunnies by buying new $50 lenses… and that makes sense.

I have used the sunglasses fix several times now. The lenses are excellent. I ordered the wrong size last time and customer support was excellent, providing all free shipping and return despite my mistake.

Unfortunately I paid for express delivery and it is provided by couriers please so I ordered on tuesday item shipped Wednesday arrived in Sydney depot Thursday morning arrived in Melbourne depot Monday so at least 2 to 3 days more before I even get a chance to see the lenses, do not ever pay for express delivery, would have received them if they… Read more

Really disappointed - these lenses do not fit – I purchased a set of replacement lenses for my wife's Oroton sunglasses. The first set of lenses did not arrive, and to their credit they sent out a second set. The original set of lenses came out easily, no problems there. I followed the instructions, got the frames super hot, but no matter how much I tried I could not get the new lenses in. I… Read more

put them aside with the plan to try it later. Unfortunately 1 year later, I have used boiling water, I have used a hot air gun to heat the frames, and the lenses will not go in. This is when I discovered the new lenses are about 2-3mm bigger all round. They are also much thicker than the original lenses. No wonder I can't heat the frames enough to accept the lenses. I am also outside of the 6 month support period so the whole lot has gone into the trash. As I said I am really disappointed and will not buy from these vendors again.

Blue mirror lenses – I bought three pairs of replacement lenses for Oakley Enduro (different colors) I never received the blue mirror ones, after extensive email correspondence, exchanging pictures, explaining that I received black mirror instead of blue mirror, I gave up. The aftersales department does not act as professional with values such as integrity and respect. I do not recommend this company.

Great idea and a better fix than new sunnies after scratching the lenses. I originally ordered the wrong size (my fault), Sunglass fix customer service was excellent in sorting out the right lenses for my sunnies. One of the best customer experiences I've had.

Amazing experience – What an amazing company. They didn’t have my specific lenses available, so created them custom. They have an incredible offer where I just had to pay for polarisation and postage. I’m so impressed with the hassle-free process, the service and the efficiency. Worth the wait – Ordered replacement lenses and they went missing in the post. Julie at Sunglass Fix was fantastic and sent me a new lot out straight away. Lenses fitted my Oakleys perfect and couldn’t be happier. My only suggestion would be don’t use their express post as the courier company they use, Couriers Please are useless.

Exceptional Quality – Just received and fitted my replacement lenses for a favourite pair of REVO sunnies, absolutely stoked1 My glasses look like new, lens colour was identical to the original lenses. The only small negative, was that the original lenses had the REVO logo on the inside.

Saved a fortune – Bought ray ban rb4196 lenses and they fit perfectly, saved me a fortune in buying new sunglasses and I had them in 2 days. Thanks again sunglass fix A+++++ seller.

New Lenses from the other side of the World – Great service from helping me locate replacement lenses for my 10-year old Oakleys - Sunglass Fix told me exactly where to look for Model No: and size etc. I'm the UK and the lenses arrived within 2 weeks and fitting was simplicity itself. Probably better than the original Rayban Lenses – I bought the cheapest of the lenses as I needed non-polarised for use in Aviation (Would love a scratch resistant non-polarised option) I think they might actually be better than the original Rayban lenses! They are more comfortable to look through, you can see more clearly and they seem to collect less dust ect. I will definitly be buying my next set of lenses from these guys Show reply
