From the moment I walk in, I am met with friendliness and professionalism. From the eye test to selecting frames, they offer such a personal and professional service. lovely range of designs and that too, organised by shape. I’ve always been biased towards the geometric and cat-eye styles myself.
And of course, customer service and support 11/10. Anytime I’ve noticed an issue requiring repair, they’ve been able to tackle it within 30 minutes.

incredibly helpful that I had help to choose frames and she was knowledgeable about which frames were right for my face shape taking into consideration the type of frames I like, there are so many nice frames to choose from it can be hard. When picking up my new glasses, again I was met with a friendly face and information letting me know I can come back for adjustments. because I could never find another pair that suited. The fabulous Hayley truly listened and spent the time with me and I’ve now got a new pair for reading glasses and a new pair of prescription sunglasses which I am so happy with! Even though I live in Brisbane I travel down to this optometrist because of the quality of care and customer service. I was under the misconception that you could only get one bulk billed eye test every two years and thought I’d wasted my chance when I went to another optometrist for a very speedy and not thorough test which I wasn’t happy with. Dr Nabhani clarified that I could get more bulk billed eye tests which I’m so happy about because it saved me money. Thankyou!

From start to finish, OW Coomera Westfield were professional and friendly. Prescriptions were spot on and my wife and I both ordered glasses because the out of pocket was a lot less than we expected, but the style and quality were the best we have had. Highly recommend. Show details · 2
Follow-up · There were no issues with ordering and the wait time was less than the 2 week turnaround we were quoted. The only follow up was an adjustment to the arms which was no problem at all.

Visited your Oscar Wylee Chermside store this morning, as my frame just snapped by the ‘nose bridge’, at one of the two joints, expecting a replacement or possibly repair.
The personnel at the store front had a quick look at the item and deemed it as ‘normal wear and tear’, hence not covered by their warranty - which in this instance expires in June 2026.
I asked to speak to the Manager of the store, but the Manager is only available tomorrow.
The lady attending to me was reluctant to disclose her full name, although she was wearing a name badge that was sadly facing the other way on her lanyard.
She mentioned that this could happen and I must understand this is the reason “they are cheap”….
Very disappointed as this was my first foray with Oscar Wylee Eyewear. Our family of six normally go to SpecsSavers but decided to try a new supplier.
Specssavers has replaced/ repaired my glasses free of charge in the past, whereas Oscar Wylee has offered a replacement frame at a discounted price of $80.
Makes me rethink of the quality of METAL FRAMES provided by Oscar Wylee and your after-service to customers.
Why isn’t a replacement or repair offered despite it being under warranty?

We had such a fantastic experience at Oscar Wylee getting my 11-year-old daughter’s glasses. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly warm, patient, and genuinely lovely. doesn’t usually like wearing glasses, but this time she has to wear them for at least 10 hours a day… and she’s loving them! She even told me she sometimes forgets she’s wearing them because they’re so light and comfy — which says everything.
While we were there, I also had my own Oscar Wylee glasses adjusted, and the lovely staff member who helped me did an amazing job. They now fit perfectly — honestly better than when I first bought them.
As a bonus, we were given a free cute tote bag, and even that impressed me — great quality and such a nice touch.
Amazing service, excellent quality, thoughtful details, and a brand that really cares. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Oscar Wylee to anyone looking for stylish, comfortable glasses and top-notch customer service!

affordable prices for quality frames, of course there were some more expensive and some cheaper ones available as well.
I was given an itemised costing of my chosen frames and lens options before proceeding with the order, so there were no surprises later.
When my glasses arrived about two weeks later, I tried them on and had them adjusted for a comfortable fit before taking them home. Unfortunately after three weeks, I returned for another eye test for replacement lenses and was even offered a different frame for my sunnies which the optometrist explained would be more functional for me. The whole lot was free of charge and I’m pleased to report I received my replacements a week later and for over two months now, I actually enjoy wearing my new glasses with such vastly improved vision. I’m very appreciative for all the care and services I received free of any hassles.

Frames continuously fall off my face. They felt like they fit well with the light lenses in-store but once my prescription in they are so heavy and constantly slide down my nose no matter how much they adjust them. spectacles for a few days after collecting the spectacles on 11 July 2026, I discovered I have double vision when wearing that spectacle. I asked another spectacle company to look at it. That company on initial inspection told me there were no markings on the lens which is unusual and told me to take it back to Oscar WYLEE for their action. I lodged a complaint through their website on 16 July 2026 but have not received any response.
Follow-up · On 7 August 2026, I attended their Brisbane city shop to recheck my vision. After that recheck they said they would order new lenses for me. I am waiting for their message informing me to replace the lenses on my spectacles.

Great styles and staff at the store I visited were very helpful. Glasses are a good style, but are too heavy on my face. I may be more sensitive to heavier glasses since these are heavier than my old ones, so over time they feel annoying.
