responsibilities, including payment of Membership Fees, do not depend on how often you use our Facilities and Services."

This is very big trap this company uses for extracting the money even when their services are not used. We registered their one of the program that offered $1 for a week but we went only for 3 times for whole program and they sent notice for extraction of money. Their term fees is $1,115.35 which they are claiming for the services that are not used. This seems to be ridicules and I strongly advocate that any such legal documents should be wetted by a authorised Government body before they can be exercised and published by the companies across the country to protect in the interest of the customers. There can be several circumstances that can hurdle to exit. ACCC organization should get involved into these aspects and put a ban on all such contracts and agreements terminologies that can make a fair ones.

A clean environment to exercise in, seriously the people who operate these gyms know their members like to walk in and feel comfortable and confident knowing the equipment is well maintained and all members areas are sparkling.

The staff are Incredibly generous, they share their knowledge and are supportive of their members and all who walk through their doors, they also seemingly give compliments at the most appropriate times and with the sincerest manner.

I have always felt safe to workout, without judgement or harassment and there’s a real sense of inclusiveness.

I’m able to access local, national and international Anytime Fitness facilities, however I really love my home gym, shout out to the incredible team at Canberra City Anytime Fitness!

Those are really the standout experiences, but also they’re daily things I’ve gotten use to enjoying since becoming a member. I’ve experienced other gyms, but I can’t foreseeable see myself wanting to go elsewhere, the bar has been set too high!

Friendly atmosphere, attentive staff. The other club goers are easy to be around for a gentle introvert like me. Great range of clean, maintained equipment. Can't go wrong with AF !

Lost more than 20kgs since I got membership! Not only just weight loss I am also building muscles! Love the bulk nutrients creatine they are selling! Haven’t try the protein powder though but I believe it’s also pretty well! Also planning to get a second body scan in Dec to see any improvement I did in April!

I love the gym at Weston! Friendly people at the door to welcome you, the floor area is separate from the weights room so I’m not embarrassed that peiople are watching, and there’s not a big TV showing half naked women. Vibe is good.

Negative - difficult out to cancel a contract – This review is the for Gunghalin branch. They make it incredibly difficult to cancel a contract, even after you have completed the full term. Manager is very unhelpful

Misleading contracts – Nothing much to say! Ineffective staff! Fraudulent contracts! When you cancel they will still charge for an extra 5 to 6 weeks! Even for no contract weekly/ monthly membership! Inept or thieves? – Anytime fitness employs an inept and predatory company to take their membership fees. the fee out again (double charging) on Tuesday and if this fails they charge you again with you a 33% admin fee. Then they keep trying to illegally double charge you until they are successful. At this point you simply have to assume this will happen again, and that any week they might randomly decide to double charge you and punish you with extra admin fees for their ineptitude, so you have to cancel your membership.

Gungahlin AF is the best! It's HUGE and has plenty of equipment, so that in even in peak hour you are able to get your workout in. The place is always clean and the staff are super friendly too.

Love the gym for the convenience. Equipment is up to date and well laid out. Customer service needs improving, has been impossible to organise my free PT sessions. The gym needs to be cleaned more frequently- bins always overflowing, toilets covered in urine, wipe containers are mostly empty.

I decided to book in for a tour, after seeing a great promotion. I was impressed with the gym and machines available. I joined whilst I was there and am excited to start my fitness journey. If you're not sure of joining, I'd recommend booking in a tour. I also got a great deal, on top of the promotion, very affordable.

Great price esspecially being able to go to any gym and adaquate facilities. I find it hard soemtimes when some gyms don’t have certain equipment but so much other equipment

Staff are always really friendly, if something breaks due to wear it doesn’t stay broken for long, great value for money and ability to access any gym in the world

The newly renovated Anytime Fitness, Weston looks fantastic! The space feels much bigger now and there’s a great range of equipment to choose from. Clean, modern and perfect for all types of workouts — definitely worth checking out!

I’ve been a member of Anytime Fitness for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by a friendly and professional team. The staff is always ready to offer assistance and provide guidance on workouts, and they genuinely care about your fitness journey.

Kingston Anytime is great, welcoming for newbies and has very friendly staff. The PT that runs the classes there is full of energy and definitely motivating. Highly recommend!

Attended interview, totally ghosted – I had an interview for Anytime Fitness that included a panel of 2 senior staff. And I received no response? Totally ghosted. It's embarrassing when a business behaves like this in a first world country... after 20+ years in customer service and entrepreneurship I always call every stakeholder back.

Just fine – Staff are great but gym equipments are not maintained properly and takes time to fix. Too many members and cleanliness is not getting observed. No after hours support when someone locks your locker.

everything is in my favourite colour, purple! (Purple heart emoji) really have loved my time at Anytime and love that no matter where I go, I can access the gym, anytime, anywhere! The functional area is my home, and the equipment is always in great condition.

Recent Renovations hit the mark – The only improvement Anytime Chisholm could offer would be some additional real estate - which is out of their control. Each of the other ACT sites I have visited are clean, tidy, well equipped and well presented.

Best Gym Club Ever – The clubs provide all the equipment I need, along with disinfectant wipes, which are essential for maintaining hygiene. They are open 24/7, making it convenient for those who work shifts. The staff are friendly, kind, and helpful.
