I can’t thank Adam enough for his exceptional customer service. I had a burst copper pipe under neath my home in Camberwell. The team, Oz, Eddy and in particular Adam were absolutely amazing. The job was very complex and difficult however Adam found away and repaired the copper pipe under neath my house. Thank you so much Adam!! Regards Jim.
Very disappointed with AP Plumbing due to serious concerns regarding transparency and workmanship. We engaged the company to investigate a gas stove issue at my elderly parent’s home. requested a return visit, a different plumber attended and advised that additional copper piping needed replacement due to corrosion, quoted at nearly $5,000. When asked why this was not identified during the initial visit, no clear explanation was provided.
We subsequently obtained a second opinion from an independent plumber, who provided video evidence confirming the gas line was intact with no corrosion or damage. The actual issue was insufficient gas supply caused by a faulty meter, which the gas company rectified at no cost. The independent plumber also advised that the initial pipe replacement was unnecessary and inconsistent with the absence of gas odour or unusually high gas usage.
Despite repeated calls, emails, and text messages, we have still not received the required plumbing compliance certificate for the original work.
We request that AP Plumbing promptly provide the compliance certificate and review the charges associated with the unnecessary works undertaken.

After having a faulty hot water system I jumped on google and found ap plumbing & electrical they came out to give me a quote and on the same day had the hot water changed over with the help of both there electricians and plumbers which made the whole process so convenient.
Charlie from AP electrical came out to my house when I suddenly had issues with many of my lights. After Charlie arrived he noticed a safety switch that was burnt out and appears to have almost caused serious damage or a fire. He was upfront with pricing and gave me detail on what was needing to be done to rectify the issue. The job was done neatly and professionally. Highly recommend

My whole house was blocked and I noticed sewer coming out from the side of my house. would look horrible once the works were done as they had to excavate my garden to repair the pipes, the truth is once the works were complete it looked like they were never there. Super professional and knowledgeable plumbers. Would highly recommend
Oz, Tommy and Corey did an amazing job repairing my steel water pipes which I’ve had issues with multiple times. I chose the option to replace them all with copper pipes, the job was completed within 24 hours of my call.

After some thought I decided to get all of my drain relined and one section in a garden bed dug up so I don’t have to deal with any drainage issues again. In the span of a week all works were complete and the site was left spotless. All the boys that came on site were polite and transparent. Can’t fault the professionalism of these guys

I have been using AP plumbing for some time now, they did work at my home and investment properties and were absolutely professional with all tasks I had them complete. They also did a hot water replacement at my elderly parents home which I had called up and requested them to came out on a weekend, the job was complete that same afternoon and they were transparent with all pricing. Definitely get what you pay for

Saturday When I cancelled the job the same day and saked for my deposit back "yes they wanted a deposit" The company refused citing that i had not given enough notice There was so.many dodgy excuses given I.got a plumber who.did the job the same day and charged half the price

successfully removed the tree roots using a plumbing snake, a specialist chain root cutting tool, and a camera. He confirmed that tree roots were the cause of the blockage and showed me clear footage of the pipes before and after his work. His service cost under $500—half of what AP Plumbing charged. It was clear that AP Plumbing had not addressed the cause of the blockage. There was no post-service camera inspection, and no attempt was made to cut out the tree roots, which I’ve since learned is essential in these cases. I also never received a report of the work, despite multiple requests. Part of the cost from AP Plumbing was a “paper test” which wasn’t performed I’ve contacted AP Plumbing numerous times by phone and email requesting a refund or explanation, but I’ve yet to receive a response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services. Poor value, ineffectual work, and lack of follow-up have left me extremely dissatisfied.
