Item as described, super quick delivery and the cost was very competitive. Will definitely consider buying from them again when I need to upgrade my devices Show details
So disappointing – We spent over $700 on a watch, expecting it to last a long time. Unfortunately, it only lasted 2.5 years before overheating and stopping altogether. Apple won't assist us because it's 6 months out of warranty. They offered to repair it for over $500, which is simply outrageous. So, we spent over $700 on a watch that barely lasted 2 years. Now, I don't have a watch because we can't afford to buy a new one or fix this one. We're so disappointed." Show details
Absolute hastle free experience – Why buy new, when you can get a refurbished Apple Watch for a good deal cheaper. Perfect condition, packaged very well and delivery took between 3-4 days!! Unbelievable delivery time and notifications were exceptional. Highly recommend this Aussie company.
Poor build quality – You will be disappointed If you are buying it with an expectation that Apple Watches are build to last.Broke after 3 years. Bought Apple Watch in 2021 worth 800 AUD. It stopped working in 2024. Went to Apple service centre and they said that it is meant to last 2 - 3 years and they cover warranty only for 2 years in Australia. They said these… Read more
watches are not repairable and even if I insist the repairing cost is close to the actual one.
I am now going to buy some other brand. I no longer believe in brand Apple:
Apple watch has been super handy – I love how seemless the apple watch works with my Iphone. It is so easy and handy to be able to message and take calls from my watch, i also use the find my phone function all the time. I use it every day, the battery life isn't fantastic only lasting one day my fitbit always lasted at least a few days. I found the transition to apple watch a… Read more
little hard to navigate but once i got used to the features it did get better. The ECG function has been fantastic for checking heart rate when I had some irregularities I could download and take this to my doctor for review Overall Ive been pretty happy with it it could be a little easier to use for steps etc but I love all the features it has
Stopped working, two years and eight months after purchase – No damage externally and no water damage was evident to myself or Apple. No willingness to repair, replace with a discount or even provide me with assistance to buy an alternative. Garman, watch here I come Show details
Not worth the money – I have had an Apple Watch 6 for two years and it doesn’t hold its battery. It worked quite well the after the two year warranty was done the product died. The Apple Watch could not be tapped on watch face, it heated up and then it just stopped working. When I took it to apple they told me I could pay 440 to get it replaced for the same product.… Read more
Everyone around me was told a similar thing about their product! 450 for new battery on laptop 440 for my watch and I was like these guys are taking us for a ride. They didn’t even have an option for fixing it. Very disappointing after a $600 dollar out lay initially! It didn’t even last! Can’t afford that every two years! I have everything apple too! Lost another customer!
Love it overall – Not a bad watch, not much of an upgrade from the previous version, apart from the additional blood oxygen feature, I didn’t notice much difference. Overall it works well and happy with it.
Stay away from the black sport band – Happy with the watch itself is great, specially with iPhone unlock while wearing a mask, and Apple Pay feature. However, stay away from the black sport band as the button will cause skin irritation / rash after 10months. Clearly some coating fails, exposing some toxic material in the watch band button. Apple will dismiss a claim for the band and… Read more
say it is worn too tightly, ignored the fact that I have no issues with the aluminum band from my old Apple Watch.
Apple Sales Team Misleading to Gain a Sale – Apple’s Sales team member (in Aus) are misleading w.r.t. the sale of their Apple watch (series 6). An Apple Sales team member (in Aus, customer service team over the phone) has misinformed me about the Apps that can go onto the watch, claiming certain Apps could be loaded onto the watch, which they cannot!! My motivation to purchase the watch was… Read more
based on having access to these Apps, after chatting (in length) with the Apple customer service agent last week. Apple has mislead me to gain the sale! Disappointing sales and a waste of everyone’s time (apple). The watch can be returned (this was not the point). Don’t trust Apple sales in Australia!!
Watch great battery life useless – My first apple watch - Wife bought watch for me after having titbits but battery runs out after 2 days. That’s useless for this day/age. Should last a month like Fitbit. Show details
Great for IPhone users – Only just got mine a couple of weeks ago and just love it! I went for the stainless steel version as I wanted GPS + cellular plus the added durability. Mine is the gold stainless steel with 2 bands, a white leather magnetic for everyday wear and the gold Milanese band for special occasions. Very easy to pair up with your iPhone and hand over… Read more
between watch to phone & vice versa. I’m yet to make an appointment at the Genius Bar to learn more about the functionality because there is so much going on with this watch, but it’s all great. My oldest son also has an Apple Watch SE which is really great as well. Definitely worth investing in one!
Perfect for me!!! – Advanced features to manage health activities, great SOS feature. Sync's very easy with iPhone. Apps used to display on Watch are very handy. It is very useful and convenient to answer calls from watch. Navigation is displayed on the watch and Apple Car Play which is convenient also................ Very Easy to fit watch, the band clasp is very easily managed with one hand. Show details

Know better, choose better.
Exceptional, but not perfect – I bought the Apple Watch Series 6 in late November after wanting an Apple Watch for some time. After about 8 months with it, it still works well and battery life is exceptional. Data connects well, and it works without issues. However, the watch's interface scratches very easily, after a while with it in my pocket I'll notice it scratched from… Read more
other objects in my pocket such as keys and my mobile phone(s). Another gripe I have is the number of apps I can get for my watch. Not many primary apps are available for it, and also typing on it is a pain. Overall, I'd recommend getting the 44mm size screen, as it allows for more typing room.
Great Product. Great Price. Great service from BecexTech – Bought from BecexTech at very competitive price. Previously had Apple 3 and the 6 is everything I had hoped. A little concerned when saw product was coming from overseas in current COVID impacted times. It arrived quicker than my interstate purchases, well wrapped and ready to go. Very impressed Show details
Poor exercise tracking – Most features work well but the exercise activity is useless. Bought for exercise tracking across cycling, walking, swimming aerobics etc it doesn’t come close to the times. If Apple can fix this major flaw, it would be a great product. Show details
High Expectations for Apple Product..Apple Watch Series 6 – Bought an Apple watch series 6 for my wife a Valentine's Day present. She so delighted to get her wishlist only to find out the watch doesn't even turned on. She's a heavy apple user since IPhone existed. Now she's stressing about what's the problem and and a big dismay and letdown for both of us. She wants to return the watch the next day after… Read more
we bought it. A big questionable for us about quality of the product which supposed to be a premium quality of for a premium price. We feel it's not worth buying for this expensive Smart watch.
Loved the new features – Just got the series 6 delivered today, much easier to order online with Apple then other outlets, most either don’t have the size or colour or watch altogether. The watch came via TNT express and it was very well package, tracking was very easy with Apple and the communication is top notch. I did not find the cellular a useful function as the… Read more
quality of the call on Series 3 was average and so only got the GPS. I ordered the Nike series 40mmm aluminium, loved black sport band. One problem I found was both of S/M and the M/L did not fit well on my wrist.
Pairing the series 6 was much more faster then my series 3 and the latest update IOS was significantly faster. The watch come with 50% pre charge.
Loved the new added complications to the watch e.g oxygen, various weather functions, sound meter, altimeter.
The new faces also much more better then previous series e.g Pro Chrono, GMT. One of the function I enjoyed is the fact the screen stay on, a welcome change. Plus one can add 8 different complications on one face.
Purchased of the watch entitled to free online session with Apple, plus 3 months free subscription to Nike Fitness.
So far on the first day of wearing I really like it, only downfall was they taken the Usb power unit from the package.
Apple Watch series 6 – This is my third Apple Watch. Great improvements. I got it of jbhifi with coupon pass retail was $649 and I got off with $589. Great deal. Highly recommend to upgrade if you have been using apple products Show details
Good watch – Updated from a series 3 watch and there is a big improvement. Screen and battery life is better and the apps work fine. Blood oxygen sensor works, has a fall detection that the 3 didn't have. Wasn't sure if I should outlay the money when I already had a watch but it was worth it. Show details
Nice watch but is it worth the price? – I bought an Apple watch series 6 (Cellular, Large Aluminium Blue Case, Blue Loop Silicone Band) a few days after its release. My previous watch was a Xiaomi Mi Band 4. I never owned an Apple Watch before. I am taking up running, cycling and I climb twice a week both indoors and outdoors. I thought I'd give the Apple Watch a shot, mainly to make… Read more
up for the the inconvenience of carrying a phone while exercising outdoors.
First impressions: - I'm disappointed with the new Blood Oxygen Level measurement. It rarely works. You have to stay still for at least 15 seconds. Expect 3 attempts before seeing any results. If you were planning to use this feature while walking, running, swimming or biking, forget about it. - There aren't that many apps - I personally realised I don't really enjoy spending much time on the watch anyway. I'm getting neck pain and it's not really comfortable. - The watch is so expensive I don't want to go rock climbing with it to avoid any possible scratches. I'll probably end up doing it in a few weeks. I never had this dilemma with my previous Xiaomi watch. - It's annoying to have to charge it every one or two days, another reason to switch to Xiaomi which can run for weeks. - The bands are extremely expensive. To put it in perspective, it's more expensive than my previous watch. I like the loop system though. - You really have to manage your notification settings properly. It quickly gets overwhelming to receive all those notifications from your wrist - more than getting them from your phone.
The main features I'm looking forward to test are the ability to stream music, use the GPS, call/receive calls using the watch while running. Unfortunately, my mobile plan (Amaysim) does not support the Apple Watch. I knew this before my purchase but I didn't get the chance to switch to a different phone carrier yet. I will make sure to keep you guys updated!
Overall I would discourage anyone buying the Apple Watch without the Cellular option and I would instead strongly recommend buying the new Xiaomi Mi Band 5 which is way cheaper and probably covers most people's needs. Apple Watch with Cellular however provides the option of leaving your phone at home while still listening to music and receiving notifications when exercising something that Mi Band cannot do.
FIRST UPDATE - 30/10/2020: I'm not sure how but I managed to scratch it pretty badly. I tried to "remove" the scratches by rubbing toothpaste (abrasive) against the screen. I don't think it worked.
I decided to buy a pack of three "JETech Screen Protector for Apple Watch" from Amazon. I'm not especially recommending this product - you might find something cheaper. It's definitely not easy to apply on the screen but it's worth it. Once again, reading the manual would have been a smart idea. I haven't done a great job, you can notice some tiny pocket of air but I'm the one to blame.
Applying the film protector, on top of protecting the screen, definitely did a better job at hiding scratches than toothpaste (who would have thought?).
