We have now bought 3 separate pieces of outdoor furniture from this company and have been vert satisfied with the products received, the speed of delivery and to be blunt the lack of follow up spam! It is refreshing to be able to buy something on line, receive a product of value and not be subjected to a follow on barrage of emails suggesting you buy something else 10/10

Terrible service. Purchased outdoor storage tub that won’t piece together after hours of trying Now they want me to send back but as it’s so dodgy I can’t disassemble so I’m left with a $250 plastic tub that will go to waste and no refund offered All that’s offered is me messing about finding a giant box at my cost and inconvenience when I’ve sent images it’s clearly faulty Next step ACCC

was less than half the price of similar ones we had seen in physical stores. We took the plunge and placed and we were so impressed with the results! Communication from the company was excellent, invoice arrived as soon as we paid, we got a tracking number about 24 hours later and the set was delivered about 5 days after that. We are really please with it, cast Iron with Italian style Mosaic tiles on the table and chair seats, its sturdy, looks great and was just the right size for the area we wanted it for. Being an online order there was a bit of assembly required but all the tools were included and it took less than 15 minutes and was very simple....only downside...the birds like to sit on the backs of the chairs and poop so we do need to give them a wash down every so often but I suspect that would be the case whatever we put in that spot. Over all 10/10 Thank You Appleby & Co and I never write reviews!
