Ordered a part next day delivery, I live local to them. Didn't hear anything. Couldn't get in contact with them. Then sent multiple emails with them finally replying with a refund receipt. That was in October last year. No refund was sent. Have not emailed through again. Next stop consumer affairs.

distressing and extremely dissatisfied! – Worst experience ever! Zero stars actually, but cannot post a review on that. We were selling a property and needed the RANGEHOOD looked at as was not working. Had APS come out as they service Sirius RANGEHOOD. The tech said we needed a new motor. Proceeded to order it and paid $700.80 half before they could order. As well as the call out fee of $165.00. This was mid April. Still waiting. After several calls from myself and the new owners, they decided to seek a second opinion, as had doubts that it was the motor. They tech came out today, and discovered that the ducting had disconnected from the motor. $88 and problem solved. Hence nothing wrong with the unit itself. Trying now to recoup monies spent and finding that the photographic evidence insufficient!!! Not that hard to join the dots! Will be contacting consumer affairs in the morning. Please be warned of this so called business. Nothing but a scam and very upsetting and distressing.

Worst experience ever – the worst service ever tecnician made my issue worse than before he started they never answer there phone

Poor customer service – I contacted Appliance Parts Solutions (APS) in Wangara to repair my dishwasher. They came fairly quickly but could not find the issue. The technician invoiced me for the call out and said he needed to speak to Miele first and that APS will get back to me. They did not get back to me and after 1 week I tried to phone them. It was just impossible to get them to answer their phone. When I did get through after a very long struggle they said they will get somebody to phone me back. They then again did not return my calls. Eventually I got hold of them and only 2 weeks later did they send me a ridiculously expensive quote! I contacted somebody else and what a pleasure to deal with a professional business who return calls and fix appliances in a reasonable timeframe. I will never use APS again for any repairs to my household appliances. There are much better companies to use - just search the internet.
