attributed to excess detergent or user operation, despite my repeatedly explaining that I used the automatic dispensing system exactly as instructed. This finding affected my warranty coverage and resulted in paid service charges.

A later technician diagnosed a different fault and disputed the earlier excess-detergent explanation. Despite numerous requests, Woolley provided no technical information, evidence or adequate explanation supporting its user-fault finding or reconciling the conflicting diagnoses.

I paid for professional assessments but spent many hours trying to obtain basic information about their findings. The reports supplied by this company contributed to my warranty claim being rejected. I have completely lost confidence in its service and would not use Woolley Appliance Services again.

everything despite being set to the correct temperature. We also noticed the ice maker was no longer working, and the water dispenser had frozen. We contacted him again, and were informed he had forgotten to reconnect the ice maker, and that he needed to purchase a part so he would be back in the next few days once he had the part. Over the next week, we contacted him on multiple occasions and were either met with no response, or were told a new story about how he was still trying to get this part. After a week had passed, as had multiple days where he said he would come out, we informed him that this issue was causing difficulties for the disabled person living here, and that we would be taking our business elsewhere and sending him the invoice for his errors. Suddenly, we get quick responses!! He finally came out today (11 days after we last saw him). Upon arriving, I was greeted with “You again” at the front door, while my partner received a formal introduction and even a handshake. My partner was only here due to me reading a review describing threatening and intimidating behaviour, and his disregard towards me while showing respect to my partner did little to reassure me of his character. He then got to work, however at no point was a new part installed, the only items he brought into the house were 3 tools. Once he had finished, he asked me to check the fridge and I noticed the ice maker was still off and pointed that out. He shrugged and told me I should fix that. Thankfully, I was able to turn it on. While we appreciate that he did not charge us for the second visit, this whole ordeal was a lot more stress than it was worth and we will take our business elsewhere in future.

find out no special part was brought or required came back to fix only to be told it was something else that was wrong with my fridge. I was concerned that he did know what he was doing told him to put everything back the way it was as I had a gut feeling that he had no idea what was wrong (as I had all intentions of calling someone else) this person took a piece of a part that he wasn't supposed too when putting things back (thank goodness the other technician i called had a replaceable part) lost 220 dollars, took a part of the fridge that was needed and it cost me to have another technician come out to fix my fridge plus the missing part that he took without my knowledge. only 5 mins drying. The serviceman charged $199 for a 'diagnostic' and advised we needed major repairs (parts totalling $1,450.00) as the heater bank and control unit were not 'talking'. Instead of taking his advice we took the back of the dryer, cleaned up some fluff and bingo the clothes dryer is working perfectly!!
