Perfect experience
Put the call out for clothes dryer repair. The Appliance guys confirmed a time with me by phone within 12 hours of me sending the request. They then confirmed the day and time by text, then reconfirm the attendance window the evening prior. On the day, the technician called to say he was 15 minutes away and arrived exactly when he said he would. He had the problem resolved without half an hour, everything was back in its place and it was like he’d never been here. Amazing end-to-end service :)

Broken oven repair
My oven stopped working and these guys were very prompt in making an appointment time to have a look at it! I received a phone call when they were 15 minutes away which was great! The problem was diagnosed and the broken parts were replaced with 30 minutes Clean very friendly And professional service! He even replaced the light globe that wasn’t working when I moved into the property 2 years ago! Very impressed how quick from finding the problem and fixing it was! In and out in about 30 mins! And with the added light globe to finish it off! Thank you so much

What payment methods do you accept?
I came across the website for The Applicance Guys for potentially buying a new dryer but concerned that half the links for their secondary pages (eg. F.A.Q and Payment Methods, Help & Advice, Track Your Order etc) do not link to any page which is very frustrating and makes me hesitant to purchase from this retailer if they have a website with so many links that go nowhere.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Zip pay. Alternatively if you order through email we can organise for an invoice to be sent to your email and you can do a direct transfer.

I am struggling to understand how the make the oven work.
