as $167 plus GST plus postage of $25 plus GST. Researched getting a hose (to fit myself) and bought a genuine LG hose from a supplier in Brisbane $55 including GST.

Jimmy did a great work in fixing my Ilve oven in Kew. He did not only fixed the timer which he has to sought out successfully for an old model like mine he also fixed the hinge and pilot. Thanks to his great work the oven now works like new :) Show reply

I'm in the process of repairing and/or replacing my integrated refrigerator and have hit a few speed bumps which I'm trying to resolve. I'll let you know how it goes with more details to follow.

Booked Nationwide Appliance Repairs for a warranty inspection and had two failed attendances with poor communication. The first appointment was a no-show with no proactive update, I only found out after chasing it up. They offered a very limited set of appointment windows for 2 weeks later, which made access difficult for anyone working full-time… Read more

and didn’t align with the business hours advertised on their website. Despite accepting the earliest option they provided, the second appointment was also a no-show, again with no proactive communication or clear explanation. Overall, the lack of reliability and communication significantly delayed the warranty process.

Update: After leaving this review and escalating further, Nationwide advised they could not provide a definite timeframe for an alternative technician in Perth and ultimately cancelled the job. They also offered a $100 “goodwill” payment, but the form provided included conditions requiring me not to post negative feedback online/social media and implying potential legal cost consequences if I did. I declined to sign those conditions.

Found this company by chance, timely visit by ADAM and good service, initially. Then it went pear-shaped when the product was not repaired as it should have been. Awaiting a new part to be installed but its taking a lonnnggg time.......watch this space, only been 3 mths so far...

Had a very satisfactory experience with Siu today coming out to investigate leaking from our washing machine. While he wasn’t able to rectify the issue due to it actually being a plumbing problem, he was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and showing me where in the machine we would be able to see a leak if there was one, and could point out where a leak was coming from in the pipes.
