Very cheap price as it was marked as 'carton damage'. TV works fine. Delivered within about 3 days. Although 2 days after ordering I was called to be notified that the item I ordered was not available so I was offered an upgrade to the next model up for an extra $100 dollars which I accepted.

Highly recommend! Haven't received such genuine kindness from sales reps like this in so long, David was amazing, I can't thank him enough for his customer service and his communication throughout the process. Great job guys, wish there was more reps like this!

oven I wanted was going to take which clearly meant that the oven was never available to begin with. My refund was $100 less than what to paid. I am still waiting to hear why they deducted $100.

find a fridge which was suitable for the small space in my kitchen. He offered a few additional suggestions and I chose the one I wanted. Also incredibly he arranged for same day delivery. I was shocked. And Paul the delivery guy was an absolute superstar. He was on his own so had to bring the new fridge up my 2 flights of stairs. Then when taking away the old larger fridge I helped him to get it down the stairs. It barely fit and we really struggled on the landings. But wow what a great guy. So friendly and professional. Also from the time I ordered the fridge until it arrived was LESS THAN 2 HOURS. Absolutely unbelievable. So impressed. I'm going back to these guys for any other appliances I might need in the future. Highly recommended.
