Worst experience ever – Where do I start, technicians who don't turn up on time, or not at all. Having our pool commission date then once again them not turning up at all. Then the Service team tell us that the technician is waiting for the electrician, who came last week. I am sure the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.

What an Amazing Experience! – Being a First Pool owner we did not know what to expect and was quiet apprehensive about the whole process. From Sales team through to Onsite supervisor to the Installation team and even their Head office staff were such a delight to deal with. I also Love the fact that I have chosen the Pool Colour Guard Range of colour and have peace of mind that it will never fade!

If I was to sum up the whole experience, Hassle Free!!
