We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Aqua Service Pool & Spa at 33 Moss Street, Nowra. From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. A huge thank‑you to Tim and Jack, who went above and beyond when installing our My Obsession Premium Spa. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine pride in their work were obvious from the moment they arrived. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the setup was perfect, and left the space spotless.

The spa itself is incredible — beautifully built, powerful, and exactly what we were hoping for. But what really sets this business apart is the level of care and customer service. Tim and Jack made the whole process smooth, stress‑free, and even enjoyable. when we went looking for a spa it was about 7 weeks before Christmas. We asked Tim could we get it in before Christmas. Tim responded, "If you order it before next week it will be in the week before Christmas."

Obviously, my wife and I looked at it as a sales pitch and challenged Tim by saying, "So it will be in before Christmas?" Tim's response, "If I tell you your spa will be in before Christmas, then it will be in before Christmas." It was said with absolute conviction and truth. That was enough for my wife and I and we put down our deposit.

As sure as the sun rises, yesterday, Jack and three of their crew turned up about 2.30pm on a hot stinking humid day, removed old put new in set up, filled, and chemicals and spa explained as to use by 4. And then they were gone. Jack and his crew were the friendliest bunch of blokes it was great.

If you’re looking for a team you can trust with your pool or spa, Aqua Service Pool & Spa is the place to go. Don't spend your money anywhere else.
