what a peice of crap – 6 years old and is now completely useless. Unit is operating and according to indicator lamp everything is fully operational except for the fact there is no hot water. Technician who looked at it did not think there was any fix for it. Thank you Aquamax for selling me this pile of crap and I wont be giving you another couple of thousand dollars ever again  Show details

have helped with power saving, but not happy with Rheem who own the Aquamax name apparently. Disappointed that it going to cost me $1200 to replace compressor and labour involved especially after paying $4500 for it originally. Be careful with Aquamax heat pump HWS I suggest.

terrible – loud, refridgeration unit died just after warranty, saved me next to nothing with my bill and the warranty/service is useless, i have found out this is the Rheem's first version of the heat pump (with bugs n all) simply re branded by Aquamax which is now owned by rheem. go figure compact, looks good expensive waste of money
