Excellent – Only time will tell for reliability. Like the soft, blue light above glass filler. Filters are a standard item from Harvey Norman, K-Mart, Good Guys (where I bought ours) and very inexpensive. Dispenses both CHILLED and room temp water. Would recommend this unit. Reflex1 Chills water well, quite cold. Good sized tank. Gravity feed, less to go wrong? Can't think of any, only had item 2-weeks, love it so far!

Excellent – I have the 3 filter benchtop model.I have had several sunbeam benchtop filters that have all not even lasted past their warrenty! Aquaport are by far the best ive used. Filters available at Hervey Norman. always fresh clean tasting chilled water on hand. nothing to complain about

Good – A reasonably priced filter jug, which has an easy-to-remove filter. It is not a widely promoted brand, and there may be difficulty in finding replacement filters. I have to admit that I bought this jug while intending to buy another filter for my Brita! At my local supermarket, they were selling this on special at the same price as a Brita filter, complete with filter, so I grabbed it. It has turned out to be just as efficient as the Brita, which I've always used before. The jug looks quite sleek and stylish, and works in exactly the same way as other filter jugs. My only concern with this is that it may not be as easy to find replacement filters. I'd never seen the brand before, so perhaps they're not as readily available.

Hi, reading the reviews for aquaport. think yourself lucky guys, our main manufacturer BRITA in the UK is total rubbish after years of good quality. So I'm buying an Aquaport filter jug for use in UK.

You can find spares with a quick google search.
