Poor customer relations – Horrible service and don’t expect to get anything other than store credit even if they are in the wrong

Unwanted pests in plants – Recently purchased plants online, the quality and delivery were very good. Luckily I put them in a bucket of water to quarantine for a few days as they were covered in duck weed and snails. We have worked hard at have nicely planted clean aquariums and to have them spoiled with duck weed would be very disappointing. I hope these plants will live through an extended quarantine they need to make sure they are pest free.

Lacks customer service – We have ordered products with overnight shipping since urgent (and paid the extra price). There is no tracking of the order and the telephone never attended, so no option to confirm things. An email enquiry form sent was also not answered. An order placed at the same time with a Queensland store has already arrived, which is surprising since the Aquaristic warehouse is only a few km away!

Very good – Very good prices and free delivery on order over $150 even on bulky items… very quick delivery great correspondence. Will use again

Very good so far – Second time purchaser and have not had any issues at all (so much better that other aquarium online stores) Prices for products and shipping are really good. Shipping is relatively fast and hassle free. I would recommend this store and will be buying from them again.

Good customer service – Had a problem one of the products I've purchased was out of stock which was delaying the order. The crew were prompt to respond, indicated correctly the date when the stock is to arrive, and delivered it to my door.

Great range, great service, great knowledge – I have been shopping at Aquaristic for a few years now since I got back into the aquarium hobby in 2018 and have never been let down. I have shopped in store where David and crew have always been happy to help and more recently made purchases online. Professional people, excellent service!!! – I ordered two buckets (25kgs) of marine salt. David and Andri have been very helpful. They responded to my message, followed up the progress of delivery in the time of the coronavirus pandemic. Highly recommended!

Ripp offs – Appalling service, very poor contact and still no product that I payed for 11 days ago I'm 5 minutes away from Canley Vale they have not honored my transaction and I will never buy from them again.... I feel ripped off!

Prompt reliable service – I have ordered a couple of times online now from Aquaristic online and both times the experience has been perfect. Prompt dispatch and timely emails to keep you informed of the progress of your order. Postage cost is more than reasonable.

Worthy of Dealing with – We used Aquaristic online for a fish and coral delivery to Moruya, I had always used Marine Fish Online (and was always disappointed). The fish was exactly as described and catalogued the same with the corals, they were well packed and there was not deaths in transit. Mondays and Tuesdays. They keep you informed of the process right down to the time of arrival at the airport. I hope to deal with them on a regular basis as it is hard to get good fish and corals where we are and it was a very easy transaction and process.

Although its like 33km away from me, I rather travel that 33km to an aquarium who is willing to help with your aquarium needs than one which is locally.
