Great fish, good plants but terrible customer service – The fish I've bought here have been great quality. The plants are expensive but they have a pretty decent range. Their aquarium care products are ridiculously overpriced by a long shot. Zero Trust, Zero F...s – Company takes no care in what they do, sent the wrong product, all sorts of promises made to get me to take down negative review only to never honour the promises [Name Removed] made and when you start chasing them they make excuses till they just ignore your contact. Best aquarium online shop – I searched for cheapest price of Aquael filter Ultramax 1500 and came across Aquarium Gallery site. It wasn’t the cheapest. I contacted Anthony and he matched price immediately. Communication was so quick and I received the filter within 3 days all the way from Perth to Sydney. Highly recommend for any aquarium need.
