Australian Distribtor Is Slow Off The Mark – Tried ordering from these guys months ago. I paid for a replacement shower filter, and assumed everything would be fine. 1 week passes, with no product arriving at my doorstep. Query them on where it is, and receive no reply. So, i cancel my order with them, and that's that. Stupidly, i order through them again. They had a new website address, so i assumed it was a different distributor. How wrong i was. Ordered yesterday, again : item sits on their system as 'processing'. Thought i'd be proactive and ask when it would be shipped. Sent an email, which created a ticket in their 'system'. Looking at that ticket today, and it's been deleted.

Ended up contacting the international manufacturer, and finally got some action (damage control). Still, ordered on Friday, received 6 days later, and that was with a lot of fuss. Don't expect speedy delivery from these guys, even when sent express. The Filter Rocks Delivery Time, Customer Service

it's just a waste of money! – this is an absolute waste of money! filter was working well initially but not until a month later. very subtle difference in terms of water quality and very poor in filtering chlorine! if you really consider something to filter chlorine, this is really not your choice! don't be fooled by the reviews, many were just self-rated and reviewed! i have stopped using it and change to other brand. cheap, but not worth to buy! not effective in removing chlorine although was claimed to be 99.9% effective!
