Consumer Misleading on purpose and refuse to take any responsibilities when ask – Consumers beware: The company - Aquated Equipment based in 37 Edison Cct, Forrestdale WA 6112, owns the product called PondMax, and they deliberately deceives consumer by displaying products incorrectly (in my case I saw PF2500 product picture on PondMax website on July 4th, 2024) on their website, yet adamantly denies any accountability even when a customer (myself) bought the wrong product from their stockist (the landscape store) based on the wrong picture displayed on official website. [Name Removed], their sales representative, offers no resolution and callously dismisses legitimate grievances with a blunt "can't do anything." This gross negligence in customer service is appalling, especially considering the functionality of their products. It's advisable to avoid this company entirely. I have attached the picture they have since removed from their website and deny any responsibilities. It is such as shame for a good product to be tarnished because their own sales team does not simply care about their brand and service.
