Lack of communication is unacceptable!! Waiting another 6 weeks for tank!! when I was promised 6-7 weeks – I have put an order through and fully paid last day of October 2021 and was told by email that it will be 6-7 weeks wait. I called them today 20 Dec 2021 as the order was due this week, I was told that I have to wait till 8 February 2022. I spoke to the supervisor but there was nothing he could do. they are deceiving customers when they know they won't be able to keep their promises. I have bought other tanks from this company but after this experience, I was left extremely disappointed, wait another 6 weeks. Don't buy from this company, as they are just quickly making a quick buck of good hard working Australians. Lack of communication is their worse enemy.
Disappointing – 10 week wait for the tank-OK, it's square & painted so maybe that is more of a challenge. But when you take the day off for delivery after that 10 weeks & the tank arrives as just galvanized-that's disappointing. & with the Xmas break we won't be seeing the tank until at least mid-Jan, so that's three months wait & no tank water for the garden… Read more
over Xmas. Driver was very polite & apologetic, lady from the office rang me straight away & was very polite & apologetic but it doesn't make it any less disappointing-it's not like it was that complicated an order & the invoice clearly shows paint colour & paint payment.

Very poor customer service – I am trying to buy 3 water tanks and it seems almost impossible to get the prices in a simple email. After 6 emails, I am still waiting for a simple quote of the 2 different water tanks that I am expressed interest.

22,000lt Tank is amazing – Great communication and great tank. Nothing was a problem for them. We changed colours from initial invoice. We also have a steep driveway and out of two companies we had selected, they were the only one that said they could make it up the driveway and they did it with easy.
