Overall sentiment toward Aussie Hoses is overwhelmingly positive, with customers frequently praising the convenience of the retractable hose systems and the professionalism of the installation team. While the majority of buyers report smooth transactions and reliable product performance, a minority of reviews highlight frustrations regarding post-purchase customer service and warranty resolution. Prospective buyers can generally expect a well-regarded product and efficient installation, though ongoing support experiences may vary.
I accidentally came across Elias at the recent Home show and was greeted with a beaming smile his confidence and knowledge about the product was amazing, say no more I was in like Flynn. Show reply

The service was phenomenal. I was called and given a time of arrival and he was right on time. He had the instalment done really quick. I am so happy with all outcomes from the initial booking right up to the finished job.
Great service and quality, easy online purchase with free installation.
Aussie Hoses replaced my garden hoses on two separate occasions. I am personally very satisfied with both hoses. Works really well. I had an option to add to my purchase a replacement of an old leaking tap, which was wonderful. The customer service and communication was very efficient and professional. Installation was very quick and neat. I… Read more · 1
appreciated the extra time and effort that was given to explain the accurate usage of the hoses to ensure longevity.
Sam from Aussie Hoses did a fantastic job installing a hose on my brick wall. He was professional, friendly, and took great care to make sure everything was installed neatly and securely. The finished result looks great and works perfectly. Highly recommend Sam and Aussie Hoses for a quality job.

I ordered Aussie’s 10m retractable hose online, and their installation tech visited 4 days later to install. The installer was extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The hose itself is top notch - solid with smooth operation and no leaks. I’ll always buy from these guys instead of Retracta in future.
I’m a return customer with a total of three hose reels installed. Excellent purchase and installation experiences. Product is beautifully designed, easy to use and performs reliably. Elias was an impeccable installer. Prompt, efficient and a wonderful representative for Aussie Hoses!
We have installed 3 Aussie Hoses at our home, and I am thrilled with the devices, product quality, and ease of use.

lovely and helpful. So thank you Aussie hoses for my Christmas present to me. Definitely recommend might be a little expensive but they’re the best hoses. I also have an extension hose as I don’t have a tap nearby and it’s exactly what i wanted.
We had a 20m hose installed including a garden post (in concrete) and very happy with John our installer and so far so good, the hose and winding mechanism feel high quality.
Great service from initial enquiry online to installation- really pleased with the quality of both hose and also the reel ! Show reply

Follow-up · Have had the retractable hose for over 12 months and it is still working very well. The two installers were prompt in delivery and courteous.
Great service, great products, great price – Service was quick and they have excellent products at reasonable prices, fully installed. You can't ask for much more, it was a pleasure doing business with Aussie Hoses and when I need more hose reels I will only call Aussie. Show reply
Follow-up · Unfortunately the reels have stopped spooling the hose even when retracting and the hose bunches up. This requires you to direct the hose onto the reel by hand which is a pain.

Met the guys at a home show in sydney last year. Remembered them when we bought a house. Contacted them. Got 2 hoses supplied and installed in chisholm nsw. Installer was polite and did a great job. Thanks heaps
The retractable hose from Aussie Hoses has been a dream to use. Recently I had a hiccup with the mechanism and they came out promptly to assess the situation and I was given a replacement. So much promise and so little communication. From their OTT marketing you would think at least one person could communicate back to you if you have a question but not this MOB. I ordered a hose reel and also what they advertise as a high pressure washing gun. It is completely overpriced and no more powerful than a good direct garden nozzle.Once I… Read more
had paid my money, I emailed them three times and not even a reply. Their stuff is expensive to be honest I don’t rate it. No better than anything else. I would not go near these guys. 2 pint heads in 10 gallon hats.
Cheap plastic sprayer nozzle ring breaks within a few weeks. Aussie Hoses claim they don't warranty their sprayer nozzle, which is in violation of Australian Consumer Law. I have no complaint about the hose or reel, but without a working spray nozzle it's pretty useless. I will buy an actual professional brass spray nozzle and chuck the Aussie Hoses stuff in the bin.
Purchased 2 of these and on both occasions, i purchase the most expensive package that included free install and 1.2mtr connection to the tap, all that was provided was the hose drilled in to the wall. Upon calling the installer i was met with threats and abuse. I will never ever consider this company and I dont know how they are still in business they are not to be trusted.

I have had two Aussie Hoses fitted over the last few years. They are simply the best retractable hoses I have ever had. The fitting service is excellent and I think they are fantastic value for money. I highly recommend Aussie Hoses. They are fantastic to deal with. Excellent communication and you pay nothing until the job is done. You would be mad to buy any other retractable hose!!
