Cheap plastic sprayer nozzle ring breaks within a few weeks. Aussie Hoses claim they don't warranty their sprayer nozzle, which is in violation of Australian Consumer Law. I have no complaint about the hose or reel, but without a working spray nozzle it's pretty useless. I will buy an actual professional brass spray nozzle and chuck the Aussie Hoses stuff in the bin.
This is a very helpful and efficient company. The quality of the high pressure hose seems excellent and their installation person was knowledgeable and capable. We purchased 3 retractable reels and hoses from them.
I ordered Aussie’s 10m retractable hose online, and their installation tech visited 4 days later to install. The installer was extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The hose itself is top notch - solid with smooth operation and no leaks. I’ll always buy from these guys instead of Retracta in future.

lovely and helpful. So thank you Aussie hoses for my Christmas present to me. Definitely recommend might be a little expensive but they’re the best hoses. I also have an extension hose as I don’t have a tap nearby and it’s exactly what i wanted.
We had a 20m hose installed including a garden post (in concrete) and very happy with John our installer and so far so good, the hose and winding mechanism feel high quality.

Purchased 2 of these and on both occasions, i purchase the most expensive package that included free install and 1.2mtr connection to the tap, all that was provided was the hose drilled in to the wall. Upon calling the installer i was met with threats and abuse. I will never ever consider this company and I dont know how they are still in business they are not to be trusted.
Poor design & quality and very very bad after sales care. I approached them to fix a small issue and they said this type of damage results from handling and is not eligible for warranty coverage. I did not say anything about warranty, simply to assist me to fix. Well I fixed it by myself! This shows that they do not take ownership of their products to assist customers. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone.

and honour our warranty. Well that is where the second part of our story starts. Our thirty meter reel has had the tracer/hose organiser become dislodged. I don't know the mechanics of the reel so I didn't want to service it myself if this voided the warranty so i contacted the company five month ago and have them not return calls, pass responsibility of damage on to us and have not take any responsiblity at all over the simple fact the tracer has become dislodged from meant position. I feel poorly done by Aussie Hoses and would not recommend their product due to their lack or attention on THEIR warranty granted upon purchase of THEIR product. Poor show Aussie....not very Aussie.
