My experience with Arcade Box and Andre Cooper has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a virtual pinball machine and paid in full with the expectation that the machine would be delivered within the timeframe discussed. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Despite repeated attempts to obtain updates and a clear delivery date, communication became increasingly difficult and I was left without the product I had paid for.
Months passed with promises, delays, and explanations, but no virtual pinball machine was delivered. As a customer, this caused significant frustration, stress, and financial loss. I felt that my concerns were not being properly addressed and that I was constantly having to chase information regarding my order.
When spending thousands of dollars on a custom machine, customers expect honesty, transparency, and reliable communication. In my experience, those expectations were not met.
I am sharing this review so that potential customers can make an informed decision and carefully consider their options before placing an order.

Virtual Pinball Machine – From The Very Beginning My Journey Can Only Be Described As 11 Out Of Ten ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Andre Has Gone Above And Beyond To Make Sure That I Was Involved In Every Step Of It Build And He After Sale Support Is The Best I Have Experience Before. He Is The Most Nicest And Friendly Guy And Is Professional And Highly Expertised In Retro Virtual Pinball Machine. I Would Not Hesitate In Recommend Him To Built Your Machine And Cant Thank Him Enough So Happy . I Was Amazing With How Quickly And Efficient He Was . The Graphics Design Are Amazing.

Best Product and Service Ever! – I purchased a virtual pinball machine from Arcade Box Australia. Andre consulted with me throughout the entire build. His skill and expertise with everything from the external graphics, the machine build, to the high tech internal operating systems is phenomenal. Andre kept me in the loop with regular communication, including progress pics. The entire process took less than a month and Andre went that extra mile and was able to provide a quality pinball machine right on time for Christmas. What an incredible experience. He even provides ongoing remote access support. I cannot recommend Andre from Arcade Box Australia HIGHLY enough!
