Amazing services for New Build House Inspection! – Our new house was built by 1 of the so called better volume builders. But from the start Site Supervisor ignored our concerns about various defects. The standard responses were either "We'll fix it later" or "Oh, it's how it should be! No worry! It's within VBA tolerance". After lockdown was lifted, immediately we engaged Kieran to be our Private Inspector. Except the Slab inspection (which was done during lockdown and our builder refused Private Inspection), Kieran did all the inspections for us - Frame, Fixing & Waterproof, Lockup, Completion. His inspections were always thorough and quite flexible - sometimes within 2 days of booking. What we appreciate most about Kieran's service was the continuity of the services and how he took time to answer our questions. With the defects from the previous stage, he would follow up with the fixings on his subsequent inspections. He took calls from our SS and make sure the fixings are done. We don't need to explain everything again and again like with the bigger companies- where you have a new inspector for each stage, and they only gave you 1 phone call follow up your inspection. We'd definitely recommend Kieran's service to others!

Property Inspection after water damage – I hired Architech Inspect to inspect repair works after extensive water damage to my brand new house by a well known builder. Architect Inspect was very professional and there findings were detailed and thorough which gave me added confidence to escalate the concerns raised in the report with the builder. The only regret I have is why did I not hire them through every stage of the build process. Highly recommended.
