there was no wrong doing on my part and explained that i never received a bill. i asked them for confirmation that they received my payment twice afterwards with no response.

will not use again.

Guy was early. Took less than 30seconds. Really friendly and great with my dog. Felt comfortable and he'd paid attention to the instructions about how to access the property. Excellent & thankyou.

required. Even my electrician was unable to make sense of some of the notes. For example, the same phrases were repeated like “place mechanical protection for conduit being unprotected” without any detail of location, standard required, or what actual rectification was expected.

I attempted to seek clarification by emailing TaskForce directly and also contacted the tradespeople listed in the reports, but received no response from either. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

Compliance checks are meant to give property owners clear guidance for safety and regulatory requirements. Instead, I was left confused, frustrated, and out of pocket, with no clear direction on how to fix the reported issues. Electrician and plumbers am trying to engage with saying they will need to attend and re-assess because report is way too confusing. Just a waste of time and money.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend TaskForce. A service that provides poor-quality reports and then ignores follow-up queries does not deliver value or peace of mind.

PS: In past they were fantastic, but guess it depends on the trade person writing up. However they should take responsibility to clarify if something doesn't make sense.

The alarm person was very polite and done the job quick. He came early then meant to but that was fine as he rung to see if it was alright to come earlier as he was in Beveridge, which I said was fine.

 Follow-up  · No it didn't affect my day in any way. No he didn't explain anything as all he did was change the batteries.

The guys that attended where I'm renting to carry out the Safety Check were very thorough, very efficient, got the job done with a chat and a bit of a laugh had also. Nice and friendly and felt comfortable having them in my home. Highly recommend.

Both Matt the electrician and Paul the gas guy were pleasant, efficient and thorough, with the latter noting that neither gas bottles nor stove were on solid footing. He rectified the stove and has made recommendations regarding the footing for the bottles.

My girls are so impressed with their air pods they always have them in loving the quality and the clear crisp sound 500 % recommended also great is they don’t need to be charged every day like the cheap inferior brands totally worth every dollar spent great bargain definitely be upgrading in the near future always good to have back up in case lost or stolen

Smoke alarm technician was very nice and replaced 2 detectors that were VERY out of date. He was lucky I was home when he arrived at 9.30am, as the arranged time was actually 1.00pm. He made sure both detectors were working correctly, even though we had to burn some paper to set them off, as a burning candle held 5cm away from the detectors didn't work. No action.

I reviewed a message today confirming the job has been completed.

The Danger do not Use is still on the heater. So clearly not completed.

I just need to know whether the heater is safe to use or not.
