Guy was early. Took less than 30seconds. Really friendly and great with my dog. Felt comfortable and he'd paid attention to the instructions about how to access the property. Excellent & thankyou.

there was no wrong doing on my part and explained that i never received a bill. i asked them for confirmation that they received my payment twice afterwards with no response.

Is it normal for one of the inspectors at the end a 10-min job to ask to use the toilet of my empty apartment, do a poo then leave water drops on the bathroom floor because it’s an empty apartment with no towels?

The person who inspect the property, Alexandra, is inconsiderate and got no respect for us. Ask to call before arrival but didn’t. Didn’t take off shoes whenever she enter the house when already said so many times no shoes in the house! I have to clean the floor after she left because of that. He stayed in touch, was mindful of the commitments of those in the house,arrived when he said he would, brought a clean portable ladder, he was in,done & out, quick as nick!

The men that came yo fo the job were great. Punctual, quick, polite, well manered. But its been quite an effort to actually get the job actuated. But ww did eventually get the stars to align and job done. Thanks guys

The guys that attended where I'm renting to carry out the Safety Check were very thorough, very efficient, got the job done with a chat and a bit of a laugh had also. Nice and friendly and felt comfortable having them in my home. Highly recommend.

Both Matt the electrician and Paul the gas guy were pleasant, efficient and thorough, with the latter noting that neither gas bottles nor stove were on solid footing. He rectified the stove and has made recommendations regarding the footing for the bottles.

The technitian Aaron was great, he was very good communicating with us and was prompt with his attendance time and his works , was very friendly to my partner and young ones ,

My girls are so impressed with their air pods they always have them in loving the quality and the clear crisp sound 500 % recommended also great is they don’t need to be charged every day like the cheap inferior brands totally worth every dollar spent great bargain definitely be upgrading in the near future always good to have back up in case lost or stolen

Hopeless. Had no idea what was going on from start to finish. No contact with Taskforce at all. Only contact was with the Estate Agent when I called and spoke to them. Hope l never have to deal with this mob ever again.

Just had Nathan from Taskforce perform a smoke alarm annual test . He was punctual, very pleasant and got the job done quickly .. also explaining how next years service would work . Great job

The young lady performing the inspection was good natured, efficient and professional . She installed holding clips for the windows blinds quickly and neatly. Her explanation was clear and easy to understand.

Disappointed that they arrived 3 hours before the scheduled appointment. Especially seeing I work night shift and got woken up. Otherwise the technician was polite and efficient.

required. Even my electrician was unable to make sense of some of the notes. For example, the same phrases were repeated like “place mechanical protection for conduit being unprotected” without any detail of location, standard required, or what actual rectification was expected.

I attempted to seek clarification by emailing TaskForce directly and also contacted the tradespeople listed in the reports, but received no response from either. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

Compliance checks are meant to give property owners clear guidance for safety and regulatory requirements. Instead, I was left confused, frustrated, and out of pocket, with no clear direction on how to fix the reported issues. Electrician and plumbers am trying to engage with saying they will need to attend and re-assess because report is way too confusing. Just a waste of time and money.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend TaskForce. A service that provides poor-quality reports and then ignores follow-up queries does not deliver value or peace of mind.

PS: In past they were fantastic, but guess it depends on the trade person writing up. However they should take responsibility to clarify if something doesn't make sense.

The 2 technicians attended my place to do safety checks on smoke alarm gas and electricity. They were both friendly and professionals and the job was done efficiently Thank you.

The technician was very polite and performed his task in a professional manner. I was very impressed with his work and would highly recommend him for any future work.

The electrician was polite, he respected the "no shoes inside" rule; he quickly went to get his boot covers. He also took the time to explain the dual nature of the type of alarm installed.

The alarm person was very polite and done the job quick. He came early then meant to but that was fine as he rung to see if it was alright to come earlier as he was in Beveridge, which I said was fine.
