as he spent quite a substantial time going through the property. Just one comment when it comes to the details especially the minor findings. In my personal opinion, some of them tends to be really minor, not sure if those were really necessary considering the age of the property, particularly if there had been a change in the Australian regulations (i.e. sockets direction) or if a remedial can be easily resolved such as tightening up the bolt or others. I understand that the intention might be to protect the buyer. However, sometimes these minor topics could distort the focus areas at the property. This might be helpful if the purchase price can still be negotiated but once the COS was completed, the price was basically fixed. Nevertheless, I am still happy to know the overall result of the inspection performed by the company.
