Poor quality product and worst customer service I've ever experienced – Disappointing Quality and Customer Service from Arc'teryx I recently purchased the Atom jacket from Arc'teryx, excited to invest in what I believed to be a high-quality product. However, after just two washes following the care instructions meticulously and only wearing casually, the jacket failed to maintain its integrity. The fabric began to fray, and large worn areas apppeared, rendering the jacket unwearable and no longer water resistant. Disappointed but hopeful for resolution, I reached out to Arc'teryx's customer service, only to be met with no help or warranty (even though product was still under warranty) and no explanation why, Despite multiple attempt from both myself and consumer affairs they failed to respond, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. I expected better quality control and, more importantly, better customer service from a reputable brand like Arc'teryx. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the value of their products and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend the Atom jacket or Arc'teryx as a brand based on my disappointing experience with both the product's quality and the lack of support

A heads up - 99.999% this is a scam – Super dodgy. The prices are super low, the descriptions of the items aren't correct. Notice that you can't pay with PayPal (otherwise people would get refunds) - I'm putting this review up because I nearly got sucked in and noticed some things that didn't add up at the last moment
