Air-conditioner repair and service – I would strongly suggest going somewhere else if like to save money and get the job done correctly. Would highly NOT recommend . Terrible service.

Airconditioning installation - very professional – I had a very old airconditioning unit removed. Replaced with a new 3.5 Daikin installed. Competitive pricing. Heads up – This company installed a "My Air" fully ducted air conditioning system in our new home. When we received our keys we noticed that all five zones were receiving air even though only two were turned on. We notified our builder who in turn notified Arctic Cold to rectify the problem. After about five or six weeks a technician came our and found that a control cable in the roof space was a mtr too short and therefore could not be plugged in, something that was obvious to the installers but something they did not try to rectify. The technician said he also found a faulty part that needed to be replaced but he never said what it was. After a few more weeks another technician returned to fix the problem but came with the same short cable that was already in the roof so the system could not be fixed. About three weeks later another technician returned and fitted the correct cable and the system started working as designed. The following week we received an invoice for nearly two hundred dollars with instructions to transfer the payment to their bank account. I notified them that it was a warranty job due to their faulty installation and they said to ignore the invoice. Just before receiving the invoice I obtained a quote of just over $400 from them to install room sensors to our system, I accepted the quote even though it was $100 more than their technician said it would cost and transferred $50 to their bank account as a deposit. Later that day I received an email from them saying they had made a mistake and the new price was just under $800. I told the to cancel the order and refund my deposit to my bank account. When I had not received my refund by the next week I contacted them and they said my bank details were incorrect, they were not but I sent them again anyway. When I still hadn't received it after a few more days I visited their shop and picked it up in person. I will not be dealing with this company again would advise others to be cautious if they do.

Poor work, no responsibilitiy – Almost gets 5 stars. Came to do a clean. Noted a drain hose was not seated correctly but did a quick fix and was CERTAIN it would be fine despite my protests to do it properly. I complained and gave them a poor google review which got the manager out to look at the job and he organized to fix it properly which meant cutting into the wall. I was still billed $200+ dollars for the job and lost a $340 mattress that got wet and went moldy. They attempted to make up for their loss but did not take responsibility for their bad call which thankfully, meant only the loss of an inexpensive bed not a costly one.
