RUDE and overpriced. AVOID – Getting a quote to fix unit. No communication on charges. Rude in the explanation. Solution provided was generic. Avoid this company

Avoid company at all costs – We tried for four months to get a quote. The first time they denied the booking and didn't turn up. They rescheduled, then cancelled two days before and rescheduled again. The day before the reschedule they cancelled again. and that he" cant do anything about it". Zak said that "there are a million other aircon companies out there" and he suggested that we "go with someone else". Agreed. Do not waste your time with this disreputable company. Go with anyone else.

Great service – I found the service and advice received in purchasing our air conditioner to be first class. The men who installed it were very polite and we are extremely happy with our aircon.

Disappointed – Three months of phone calling and emailing to get their attention for a malfunctioned hydronic heating system, which was installed by [name removed] 3 years ago, with a promised 5 year warranty. Excuses were used: 1) No longer dealing with BOSCH. 2) Only servicing South Melbourne now. 3) Family problems. 4) Loss of few technicians. And then after… Read more

they ran out of excuses and we finally set the date for [name removed] to come over, I get this email: "Hi Nick, Please be advised that the cost to replace the thermostat and service the system is $635 ex GST. This is using a discounted service price as a kind gesture from [name removed]. Can you please confirm that you are happy to go ahead and replace the thermostat? Thank you."

Keeping in mind that the broken thermostat is just their guess. No one physically checked what the problem is. But the fact that they tried to charge for repairs of the system that is under warranty is the best part. Dear Arctic Melbourne, please refrain from polluting my constructive feedback with your perfunctory courtesy. And btw, one star is an inflated star as a kind gesture from me.

Don't bother!!! – I had an appointment with Artic Melbourne for a quote for new ducted heating/cooling. They didn't bother to show up!! was told the person booked to come tried calling me several times which is totally untrue as I had my phone next to me while I waited over 2 hours. Total waste of my time and would give a negative score if I could. Don't be fooled by their flashy website. Total duds!!!
