older gentleman who seemed to have no idea of how to require and accept payment for drinks at the bar. He was bewildered by the task of serving at the bar and had to go and chase up somebody who knew that they were doing.

The service of evening meals was completely disorganised and at one point members of our own group had to organise the food service so that we actually got our meals at a decent rate of delivery and time. Not only were there not enough staff to do the work, there was nobody effectively managing the delivery of service. It was a complete shambles.

The final straw was the cost of some of the meals. A single, simple aranchini ball, which was slightly bigger than a golf ball but smaller than a tennis ball cost of whopping $25 FOR ONE ! People were also charged over $40 for a piece of steak which was about 150 grams in weight.

Extremely poor service and inflated prices.
