Overall sentiment for Ticket Merchant is overwhelmingly positive, with customers frequently praising the platform for securing entry to high-demand and sold-out events. While a few users express initial anxiety regarding delayed ticket delivery or higher resale pricing, the vast majority report smooth transactions, reliable customer support, and successful event access.
I had such an amazing time at the Noah Kahan concert and the whole night was such a great experience. The preshow with Michael Marcagi was really good and got everyone excited before Noah came on. The tickets were $189 each and our seats were quite far back at Rod Laver Arena, but honestly the concert was still so worth it and I had the best… Read more
time. Noah was incredible live, the atmosphere was amazing and the whole show was so much fun. I would have loved for the set to be a little longer and to hear a few more of his older songs, but since it was The Great Divide tour it completely made sense that the newer music was the main focus.
Overall, it was an excellent concert and such a memorable night. I would 100% see Noah Kahan again!
Such an easy and usable website to use. We appreciated tickets still being available via ticket merchant prior to the event. Made our dreams come true! We just got married 5 days prior to this event and Noah Kahan’s Forever was our first dance song, so being able to see him live was a dream.
The atmosphere is just awesome! We were at the very back but it was the most perfect seats and I had the best time going with my best friend seeing one of my favourite artist play live

This is a wonderful place for us to watch our team play football NRL - PRELIMINARY FINAL 2 - DOLPHINS V ROOSTERS, and booking here was a great experience. Thank you very much!
Dom Dolla @ Marvel Stadium was absolutely insane! Best live DJ set I’ve ever had the pleasure of attending. 10/10 experience.

It was honestly amazing to experience that atmosphere and the love and feelings that got put into his songs and to hear it all around you it’s incredible. I love about his show was his interacted with the audience, the one thing I didn’t like though is that we couldn’t stand up to dance at the back so we were in any ones way. I would 100% recommend going to his show to experience the same
I’ve purchased football tickets three times via TicketMerchant and wow…twice we received front row seats! Easy to deal with, great pricing and the best seats!

Nothing what I would not have read in a book before. But very well presented with great visuals and some nice humour. Brian is a great presenter. To go with 2 kids was more than $500 which is borderline I must say. Kids are 12 and 14 but they could follow the show because I explained a lot of concepts to them earlier. Otherwise it might be too much for kids.

Absolutely fantastic experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such an amazing time seeing Noah Kahan at Rod Laver Arena. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish, and everything was so easy and straightforward. Ticket Merchant made the ticket-buying process simple and stress-free, and we had no issues at all. I’d definitely use Ticket Merchant again for future events and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for tickets! ❤️
We had a great experience with our first time using Ticket Merchant. Tickets were delivered well ahead of the concert, no dramas scanning at the venue. Would definitely recommend and be using them again.
Ticket merchant was very easy to use. I did not receive my tickets for a couple weeks but once I got them via email I was able to send my cousin her ticket and it we had no problems
Negative reviews
They conceal the fact that they are a reseller by stating it across the top of their website but in minuscule font designed to ignore. I managed to complete the whole process without realising that they were not the official seller of the tickets and paid $180 too much for my tickets as a result. The person sitting next to me at the event had… Read more
exactly the same experience. Why would anyone knowingly buy from a reseller if they could get a much cheaper price from the authorised ticket seller? The platform profits from scalping, but are worse, as you dont know they are scalpers and so assume the price is the base market price for that ticket. It is a similar offence to what Coles was recently convicted for in misleading customers to believe that the discounted price was off a base market price. This tactic works for products where people dont know the base price. Ticket Merchant should be fined for misleading and deceptive conduct and deregistered.
St^pid ticketing system. Absolutely ridiculous. First, they make me feel like they are going to post the tickets in the snail mail. No option for saving a digital ticktet upon purchase. Then an email gets sent for me to approve the ticket purchase on line- email was in spam folder. Logged into account night before gig- no tickets. Yet another… Read more
unnecessary stress. Emailed and txt for help as no phone line to call. Obvious problems with web site as at 4:30 am when checked again (I couldn’t sleep due to worry over the tickets) they were thankfully there! It’s a miracle! However I’m annoyed as I paid $200 each for these tickets that were sold for $139 or something. I feel ripped off. The music was great. Ticket purchasing was worthy of all the swear words.

Carl Barron was so funny andcwe couldn't stop laughing! The only negatives of the night were one that is was really hot( air conditioning wasn't working properly or just too warm! Secondly because we were up on the balcony Door 22 N30 it was too high to see what expressions Carl was making! We went as a group of 7 and Carl Barron is known for his… Read more

What an unforgettable evening from start to finish! A huge thank you to Ticket Merchant for making the whole booking process so easy and stress-free. Hamer Hall was the perfect venue. The acoustics were absolutely outstanding, every note was crystal clear, and the theatre itself is elegant, comfortable and beautiful. There really isn’t a bad seat in the house, but being so close made the night even more magical. (Ticket Merchant)
And then there was Engelbert Humperdinck…
At 90 years and one and a half months young, he proved that true talent never fades. His voice remains rich, warm and instantly recognisable, delivering every song with incredible emotion. He still has the charm, the humour, the charisma… and yes, he still has the moves! Watching a living legend perform with such passion was genuinely inspiring.
The standing ovation at the end said it all. It wasn’t just a concert—it was a celebration of an extraordinary career and a reminder that music has the power to bring generations together.
Thank you, Engelbert, for an evening we’ll never forget. It was an absolute privilege to witness such an iconic performer doing what he loves best.
I had absolutely no issues at all with booking. I did have to double take and realise that the tickets went to my ticket merchant account, not emailed. The event was phenomenal. Funny Funny Man! was something I will never forget. I’ve always struggled not being found funny by a lot of people and being told my humour was selective but Jimmy Carr and all those who came together to enjoy his work made me feel and remember how important it is to be yourself and remember likeminded people exist in the world. You only know 0000.1% of the population. Shows and events like this really make you realise just how big the world is! I made so many friends last night, Jimmy included! Jimmy Carr; Laughs Funny Tour, was 10/10 no notes. I went to his last show years, for which I also purchased through ticket merchant and I was so happy! Another show, with original materials! I just know next time he comes ticket merchant will have my back! Hopefully some more exciting shows pop up before than but regardless I couldn’t be happier! - Izzy from Melbournes Friday show.
