From start until now, the matter hasn't resolved yet, Mann Travel has showed outstanding disappointment. There were several incidents, lack of customer service to processing administrative work, I have suffered a lot to deal with them. The first major dissatisfaction came up at the Canberra Airport with the airlines people when they couldn't identify my booking number. There were several booking number produced, for me and my family, and it took nearly an hour to sort the issue out. Then the pandemic started while we were in overseas and there ...was no communication from Mann Travel, furthermore, I had to spend hours and spent more than $200 on overseas call with Mann travel help line, as they were not replying to my emails. Totally a stressed out time passed there. After returning to Australia, I have enquired with Mann Travel for a refund as we had to cancel the paid Sing Air ticket plus the Date Change fee and had to travel with Cathay pacific as Sing Air cancelled all their flights. Due to their lack of interest on assisting customers, I had to chase Sing Air for assistance and finally got refund for the partial ticket after 3 months. Now, chasing for the Date Change fee of $900 charged by Mann Travel and preparing to report to ATAS and ACCC as they are not explaining the appropriateness and explanation for the fee, neither showing any interest to reconsider the fee charged. Airlines and other travel agents re assessed and compensated the unused payments and fees but Mann Travel is denying and furthermore, stopped communication about the Date Change fee reimbursement. Everyone should reconsider using this agent's service.
Very poor service, I was blind in trusting them. When you buy tickets from them they promise you for better service but once you pay they are totally different. I bought ticket in March and it has been 5 months they even not bothering me to respond even when I called them this morning one of their employee denied to tell his name and was telling me to airlines directly. If I had to do that then what is point to go through you, totally disappointed service. Definitely I would not recommend anyone going with Mann travel
Very poor service
I booked a ticket from mann travel to Fiji, but due to the hurricane the flight was cancelled, Since then I have been calling Mann travel every 2 weeks, nithin and ashish was handling my case and they having been telling me that they still dealing with the air lines and today I called them and they told me my ticket was expired, how come my ticke was expired, when they was no flight going regarding this virus.
I will never recommend any clients to use Mann travel as they don’t call back and we have to keep calling them,I have experienced a very poor service, what I have gone through I don’t want any client to go through that.
No refund policy
Called them today to ask for refund due to medical conditions but they said no exemptions. If person is ill and can't travel then should be refundable. Disagree!!

Mann travel refuses to refund our whole ticket paid for travel to Mumbai. They stated that airlines charged booking fee...we contacted the airlines but airlines stated that those fees are charged by Mann. I have tried so hard for a reply from Mann...they now bang the phone down

Thai has responded that please connect Mann travels for your refunds. I hereby request you to send me the appropriate refunds - I never got any response on my refunds and no one picks the calls in your office nowadays. The agent has said to me last time that you trust us and feel the difference - I am already feeling it now big time.
Unreasonable cancellation fee
Inspite China southern airlines cancelling our flights & issuing us with a full refund mann travels is holding up without Giving us the full money back.. I did rebook the same travel with another travel agency who due to the same Covid situation has given me full refund With no cancellation fee as issued by quatar airlines. I am surprised why mann travels has charged me $75 cancellation fee per ticket and they have now totally looted $750 in total for all of the travel passengers. Mann travels only trying to make money in this pandemic situatio...n as their travel industry is fully affected due to the pandemic. Please find other ways of genuinely making money in your pocket than burdening the customer. Atleast it should be some reasonable amount and not $75pp. When I first called for refund they advised that I had to fill out a form for refund however there was only one option given to accept the $75 fee for me to get my balance money back. Also I have been given only a deadline of 2 days within which the refund has to be applied. I contacted mann travels about giving full money back and now their argument is that I agreed to pay $75 as cancellation fee as agreed in the refund form. But the truth is that mann has not given me any alternative option except to apply for refund within a specific date. This is indirect way of threatening customers - if you need refund fill the form or else no money back. you travel agency would have Still got some commission From airlines for doing the booking and why now you wanna need Additional $75 from customer
Terrible service once tickets booked
It is ridiculous that Mann travels are charging a cancellation fee even though airlines have issued full refund of charges. Mann is simply trying and making money even during this pandemic and putting customers through hard times.

Most pathetic customer experience and follow up as I was stuck in Pakistan and send thousand of reminders to follow up for my ticket but always gets a message with no response Not recommended to anyone

Charged extra $120 on cancellation due to pandemic as airline guide-lined only $75. Booked 3 tickets from them . That was ridiculous thing to do to

Extremely WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE [Money Crook company]
Hi, i had a family flight booked with Mann travel last year which was a No Show somehow.
I have booked another flight and requested Mann travel for the refund, after multiple calls, follow ups request was considered for refund.
It has been 4 months since the request was accepted for refund.
Mann travel has got the refund back from airline two months back and they have confirm the same over the email.
Until now multiple emails, calls but no response.
It appears completely cheating when airline refund backs money and they are not paying back to customer.
Better not to get trapped in such dodgy companies.
Appalling customer service
We booked a family ticket through Mann in Singapore Airlines 2 adults and one infant and One adult for a later date in May 2020. Our travel dates were i. march and May accordingly. Last minute when we couldnt travel due to Covid-19 as my infants entry was not permitted due to all visa holders unable to enter the country.On calling your customer service for a travel I was assured for a call back which I didnt get from your agent Dipti and we were falling into the 72 hours travel window . I had to keep calling and request for a refund and the onl...y option given to us was to pay additional of $375 and that too to get a travel extension. Now that the airlines is refunding or extending all the tickets whose travel dates are in a date range where we qualify Mann is not even willing to budge on their initial policy and Is not giving us an option of full refund.Will never ever use Mann travels and will also not recommend for this appalling customer service will go through the airlines directly
3 months + still waiting for my refund from Mann travels
Very efficient while booking the flight ticket. However, refund is a pain. I had to cancel my flight in mid December. Still today (end March/early April) I am waiting for refund. I have been advised that Mann travel is still waiting for the refund from the airlines. Interestingly, I had another booking in Feb with a flight directly booked through airlines. I had to cancel the booking due to COVID-19. I have received full refund from the airlines within 2 weeks. How could the refund using an agent take that long???? Are they really following with the airlines seriously?
It has now been a week and so far the credit of the $200 has not come into my account. Is this the way you treat long standing customers? Your words are meaningless. The credit has been overdue since the end of January 2020.

Even though he was very helpful throughout our booking process but the tables turned once we asked for a refund. He offered to give us $200 refund in total for the four tickets. Terrible customer service, my flight malindo air got cancelled, but mann travel refusing to give money back. They don't even attend my call anymore. Didn't bother to call back either. Its been 15 days now but they refused to return money although airline say i am eligible for full refund. Crap service. Do not book from these desi's as they want to rip off people. I wanted to call the travel agency because the airline has cancelled the flights due to Coronavirus. The travel agency number is no longer working and there is no reply to my emails. At the moment it seems to me that they are stealing my money. Totally different experience to the time I had booked. At that time they were really nice. Now not even contactable.

22nd March flying back to Australia due to COVID-19 situation I was paid $1500 difference to change flight and get back to Australia on 20nd March . [name removed] said you will get ticket soon I got ticket on 9.59pm on 19th March and m flight depart on 19th March 11.00 pm till that time ticket was not confirm. He did you should go airport without ticket and your can travel without it As he told in verbal communication .i apis for ticket not verbal communication They said ticket still in process I haven’t got any reply from Mann travel agent.... After couple of hours I rang [name removed] regarding update got same and that it will take couple of hours. As per [name removed] said he issued emergency ticket straight away if you travel within 24 hours and paid amount. Which I did it . Spoke to supervisor [name removed] he said I should be airport without conforming ticket and ring us. It’s not logical to without ticket I could travel to AHMEDABAD airport. Now they said flight is on time it’s my fault and refuse to refund. Now they try to take benefits And got money from customers with wrong information. My family just traveled last week to Melbourne now I am stuck in Ahmedabad they not even offering to give us refund or other flight option. It’s ridiculous things all are give us wrong information and make money in this panic situation. Well I will never ever recommend anyone to booker with this travel agent. I put review in Facebook with all community page what they done. Conclusion they are very sweet before payment once you paid it they try to be smart and get it out hard earn money with wrong information. Apparently, they said when I got Ticket issued the Girl Nancie Booked Non-Refundable. All she said was "Sir,Please check all Passengers Name and DOB",If its all OK please click Acknowledge.
Guys, Please Ask for the details when you Book Tickets especially with these kind of Travel AGents. For them its a Sale, they will give you Cheapest Option with no intensions of telling you the Truth of Tickets(Refundable or Non-Refundable).SOme time they give you...
