Now Double Dipping Shipping Costs – I have ordered $1000's from them over many years Always free shipping Changed to $9.99 shipping (OK Cost of living has gone up dramatically) Now they try to double dip I tried to order 11 x items and they wanted to charge $109.89 shipping ($9.99 for each of the 11 items ) I didn't bother to order I got it elsewhere as even though the diffuser oil was slightly more expensive they charged proper shipping costs They've lost this long term customer

Non existant customer service – Abysmal customer service and no responses to any of my three emails chasing a very late delivery. Would not use them again simply because they offer no customer support and I had to raise a case with Paypal to get my order. Use another supplier
